Ottimo posto per visita a questa stupenda capitale
Pros:

La terrazza è fantastica. Ha una vista sul Bosforo e sulla antica Istambul.
È presente ascensore. Ingresso con codice alla struttura e doppie chiavi alla camera.
Camera pulita, cucina completa, a/c perfetta, lavatrice, asciugacapelli, scalda acqua, televisione, wifi, doccia, tutto funzionante.
Letto comodo.

Unici due punti da migliorare; servizio di cambio lenzuola e asciugamani (ogni due giorni sarebbe sufficiente). Mancanza di abatjour in camera.

La posizione è ottima, quartiere defilato da Sultanamed e ricco di piccoli ristoranti, bar e vita.
Certamente si deve salire a piedi ma, 15' dalla fermata T1 (tram) che porta in centro.

Prezzo ottimo.

Pros:

Our staff changed our apartment after the first day because of a water leak caused by rain. The second apartment was much better. It was brighter, cleaner, and better equipped with kitchen utensils. The bathroom was also much cleaner.

The first apartment was disappointing. Although it is on the first floor, the window was at street level, so it didn't get much natural light and felt quite dark.

Отличные апартаменты с шикарным видом на Босфор
Pros:

Идеальное расположение (в пешей доступности основные достопримечательности: Голубая мечеть, Айя София, базилика Цистерна, Босфор, и Кабаташ, с которого можно добраться до Принцевых островов. шикарная крыша с террасой и безумно красивым видом на Босфор. Чистые и уютные номера. В кухне все принадлежности. Хозяин всегда на связи. Мы отдыхали в 4м. Завтракали и ужинали на террасе, наслаждаясь прохладой и видами. Рекомендуем.

Yakub an exceptional manager of all kind.
Pros:

It started with booking.Mr Yakub as manager was very kind to upgrade our booking without any extra fees.
Unfortunately airport cab driver dropped us in wrong place .He came to rescue with his own car and lots of efforts to bring down our luggage and move us to our real booking place.
During our stay we asked him numerous times to do us favours and he admitted us.Exceptionally caring person.

Хороший вариант по цене, удобствам и местоположению.
Pros:

Очень хорошее местоположение. Джахангир отличный район. Тут много кафешек, магазинчиков. Очень спокойный район. Хозяин апартаментов Якуб всегда на связи и готов помочь решить возникшие вопросы. С верхней террасы хороший вид на город. Есть где посидеть и отдохнуть. Учитывайте что удобства в номерах отличаются. Поэтому при бронировании сравните, какой вариант вам больше подходит.

Cons:

В нашем номере на потолке в некоторых местах вздулась краска и пожелтела, что портило эстетический вид апартаментов. Мы думали это плесень, но оказалось, что это случилось после недавних сильных дождей. Надеюсь они исправят это в ближайшее время. Еще хотелось бы больше чистых полотенец, как банных, так и для рук. Можно было бы их обновить.

It’s ok, but old and overprice
Pros:

Overall the apartment was ok. If you need a place to leave your luggage and sleep at night after the shower, it will suit you well.

Cons:

But I think it’s too expensive for the apartment.
The balcony was public and the apartment was clean but needs to be renovated. The bathroom had many broken things.

Абсолютно ничего!

Cons:

Заселялись с высокими ожиданиями из-за красивых фото на сайте, но по факту всё оказалось иначе.
Состояние — старый ремонт, в комнатах давно ничего не обновляли.
Мебель — вся в изношенном состоянии, часть сломана.
Чистота — белье мятое, плохо выглажено
Запах — в номерах стоит запах плесени и прокурено.

Расположение и персонал тут ни при чем, но жить в таком состоянии, да еще и с детьми было бы некомфортно. Мы не стали жить в этом месте. Пришлось срочно искать другие варианты заселения в данном административном округе. Если для вас важны чистота и свежесть в номере — рекомендую рассмотреть другие варианты.

Все прошло супер, Yakup всегда был на связи! Прислал четкие инструкции для заселения. Спасибо ему огромное.
Pros:

Расположение, было чисто, тихо, в апартаментах все есть. Цена одна из самых низких за такие апартаменты в центре Стамбула. Веранда на крыше отеля тоже впечатляет! Рядовые кафе и рестораны, трамвай в пешей доступности. Рекомендую

Cons:

Платная парковка недалеко от апартаментов 18€ в сутки.

모든게 최고
Pros:

걸어서 구경하기 딱 좋은 곳입니다. 숙소는 정말 청결해서 가족이 모두 만족해 했습니다. 갑작스러운 추가 숙박에도 흔쾌히 응해주셨습니다. 어머니는 사장님의 밝은 인상만 봐도 기분이 좋다고 하셨어요. 아쉬운 점이 하나도 없어요.
