Optimale Lage, Optimungsbedarf in der Ausstattung der Wohnung.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war optimal und die Größe der Wohnung sehr gut.

Cons:

Es war okay sauber, das Bett war extrem durchgelegen, das Wasser war für 8 nicht da und wir hatten Probleme bei dem Check in. Die Dachterrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht, ist aber eher zugemüllt und nicht mehr schön hergerichtet. Der Flur steht ebenfalls mit Müll voll.

Pros:

We stayed in the apartment from October 3rd to 8th, 2026. My wife, I, and our 13-year-old son.

The host is an incredibly sensitive, open-minded, and attentive person! He met us in person, showed us everything around, and kept asking if we needed anything. We could pay in any currency. The building has an elevator, and at the top, there is a simply magical terrace with a panoramic view of the whole city and unreal sunsets! Inside, there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. Impeccable cleanliness, and water with no interruptions. The bed is simply amazing — very comfortable! The apartment itself is perfectly located for walking tours: Taksim Square, Galata Port, and Galata Tower are all within walking distance. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Cons:

It's humid in the apartment, so the clothes take a long time to dry. I had to open the windows, but it's already chilly in October.

A clean, spacious and quiet apartment in a convenient location, with a wonderfully attentive host.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had two spacious rooms and was clean, cosy and quiet, with hardly any noise from the street. The kitchen was convenient, and there was a washing machine, a drying rack, a hairdryer and an iron.

The location was great, with plenty of cafés and a grocery store nearby, and easy access to Galataport and public transport.

The host was very attentive and responsive. He regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well and quickly resolved any minor issues. We left with very happy memories of our stay.

Cons:

Nothing to mention-we were very happy with our stay.

Quiet stay in the center of Istanbul
Pros:

Nice neighbourhood, proximity of cafés and restaurants, yet quiet.
View from the (shared) terrace.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Wifi some days not working or very weak.
No use asking for transfer to the airport, an ordinary taxi will do (and not be late).

Pros:

Приятный хозяин, всегда спрашивал, нужно ли что-то, помогал. Расположение неплохое - все зависит от того, куда идти, иногда придется и по лестнице пройтись. Сами апартаменты хорошие, есть все удобства.

Стены не очень толстые, слышно было соседей

Yakub was an excellent asset to my stay. He was always in touch, asking about my stay and if I needed anything. He is a cool chap.

Cons:

I was confused about the terrace as it shows it in your room which isn't and it's a shared terrace, so, it it would be helpful if it's specified at the time of booking. I didn't get the chance to see the terrace
