Pros:

La situación del alojamiento es ideal para desplazamientos, con el teleferico que se lleva a la zona de Kabatas sin tener que subir o bajar las pronunciadas escaleras. Muy cerca de Plaza Taksim y de la Torre Gálata. Alojamiento muy cómodo, pero echamos en falta menaje de cocina.

Muy recomendable para tu estancia en Estambul
Pros:

Totalmente recomendado. La amabilidad del personal, todo limpio, completo y con los utensilios necesarios. Cama grande, cocina completa y baño moderno. Cerca del centro, en 15 min andando estás en el puente dé Gálata y en otros 15 min estás en la Plaza Taksim (conexión con el aeropuerto). Barrio tranquilo y terraza con vistas a destacar.

Cons:

No le pongo el 10 porque se encuentra arriba de una colina. Si vienes desde el centro, tienes 10 min de subida por cuesta empinada o por escaleras. Por lo demás, es un 10.

Comfortable stay in a prime location with great views
Pros:

Great location in Cihangir with easy access to key areas. The suite was well-equipped, and the terrace views were a highlight. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was responsive.

Cons:

Wi-Fi could be more stable at times. Some minor maintenance issues, dust under the furniture, but this is fixable, because the owner is very nice and helpful.

Pros:

Удобная кровать, спать было комфортно. Расположение хорошее. Есть вся посуда, можно готовить.

Был запах в туалете, но это наверное везде так в Стамбуле.

Amazing stay, will definetely return!
Pros:

The apartment was beyond my expectations. Great location in a quiet part of Cihangir, very friendly and welcoming manager, apartment had lots of storage, good sound proof, excellent internet, comfortable bed and a beautiful common terrace on the top floor.

Cons:

Maybe a bed lamp would be convenient.

The host Yakup was exceptional. He was always available to resolve any issue.

The location is perfect. Quite area close to everything, tram / bus station, funicolare, Taksim square.

The common terrace has an unbeatable view.

Beds are comfortable.
Each unit has a kitchen and washing machine.

Pros:

Der Vermieter/Verwalter war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment lag nach hinten und war sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Küche/Ess- Wohnraum) sind eher klein, aber ausreichend. Ein großes komfortables Doppelbett.
Es gibt eine Dachterasse mit einer sehr schönen Rundum-Aussicht. Leider haben die Temperaturen nicht zu einem längeren Aufenthalt eingeladen. Die Heizung über die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist recht sparsam: Exakt drei Tassen, Gläser etc.

Overall, it’s definitely great value for the money.
Pros:

The owner was very kind. He met us when we arrived from the airport by taxi. Since it was before check-in time, we left our luggage with him and went to explore the city. When we came back to check in, our luggage was already waiting for us in the room.

For check-in, I only needed to provide one ID card, and we received a code to enter the building, so no additional steps were required when we returned to the hotel later that day. By the way, check-in is from 13:00, which is quite convenient.

The owner was always checking in to see if we needed anything and was very responsive via WhatsApp. For example, I asked for an additional chair for the kitchen, and the next day it was waiting for us near the room entrance.

The bed sheets were clean and made of natural cotton, and both the pillows and the bed itself were very comfortable.

The location is awesome — Carrefour is a 5-minute walk away, there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and Taksim metro station is about a 12-minute walk.

An additional bonus is the rooftop terrace — we had breakfasts and dinners there while enjoying the view. Also, the neighborhood is full of cats, which was a unique and enjoyable experience!

Cons:

The apartment requires renovation. In the bedroom, near the ceiling corner, there were visible marks from what looked like a previous water leak from the apartment above.

The couch in the living room was partially damaged. The lamp in the bedroom was torn off the wall. The router was hanging from the ceiling on a cable — I ended up mounting it back onto its holder myself.

The bathroom definitely needs better ventilation. Also, while taking a shower, it was difficult to avoid getting water all over the bathroom floor — a glass door would definitely help solve this issue.

Sound insulation is quite poor — we could hear the TV from the neighboring room.

A smooth and comfortable stay in a perfectly located, well-equipped apartment.
Pros:

The apartment is in an excellent central location, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a Carrefour supermarket just a short walk away, as well as easy access to the metro. It matched the listing perfectly and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was seamless, with the check-in manager contacting us in advance, meeting us in person at reception, and providing all the necessary access codes.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, would stay there again.

Würden wir wieder machen 👍
Pros:

Die Lage ist mega, mitten in Cihangir, nette und individuelle Gegend, schön zum bummeln.. Schnell zur Haltestelle der 1 Tophane oder auch zur Metro am Taksimplatz.
Von der Dachterrasse atemberaubender Blick über Dächer und den Bosporus auf die asiatische Seite der Stadt.
Freundlicher und immer hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Хорошее местоположение, но ужасное качество объекта.
Pros:

Местоположение хорошее. Немного далековато от трамвая или метро, но пешком дойти можно. Такси приезжает молниеносно.
Ежедневно в чате спрашивали что нам нужно. Добавляли тапочки и полотенца по запросу.
На кухне был базовый минимум посуды.
Стиральная машина, утюг, кондиционер (если бы не он, мы бы замерзли насмерть)
wifi в основном работал исправно. пару раз были сложности с подключением только.
Терраса на крыше конечно подкупает, но подумайте, стоит ли вид с нее выбора отеля.

Cons:

чистота в номере - при заселении под диваном валялись салфетки чьи-то. За 8 дней ни разу не убирались, возможно нужно было об этом просить. Посуда была не очень чистой, сковородка просто жирная. Скорее всего ее не перемывают за гостями.
общая убитость номера - в ванной ни одного целого крючка, все шатается, отваливается. Переключатель в душе не работал, вода лилась только из верхней лейки. Но просьбу починить сказали, что это прошлый жилец сломал и так ничего и не делали. Хорошо самому удалось перекрутить шланг с верхнего душа на ручной.
ЗАПАХ. Канализацией воняет везде - от входа в здание до кровати в номере. Чтобы хоть как-то снизить вонь закрывали полотенцем сливное отверстие в душе и щель под дверью в номер.

Очень удивительно, что многие вещи можно исправить бесплатно или совсем недорого. Те же крючки в ванной прикрутить заново или переключатель душа установить, но никто ничего не делает.

Pros:

Локация хорошая, заселили раньше времени на два часа

Cons:

Очень странная ситуация со списанием с карты: букинг написал, что оплата не прошла, и бронь слетела. Хозяин предложил еще раз забронировать, однако цена была выше уже в два раза, договорились на средней цене между было-стало.
Странно то, что
А) при всех остальных бронированиях карта отлично работала
Б) мои друзья по моей рекомендации здесь же остановились и у них была проблема с их картой, попросили данные моей карты, чтобы бронь не слетела - все сработало! А у меня по той же карте через две недели не сработало…
В общем, странно и подозрительно так-то.

Pros:

Perfect home away from home for my stay in Istanbul. Close to facilities for stocking up on the basics as well as dining out, and within easy walking distance to pubic transport. The view from the rooftop balcony was spectacular.
