Very centrally located
Pros:

Enes was very helpful and kind.

When my first property was not to my liking he relocated me without any questions.

A very accommodating host.

Cons:

No air conditioning in one of the apartments but this was during an extremely hot period. It would be fine in the winter or autumn.

Из аэропорта встретили и доставили трансфером. Сама квартира чистая и уютная. Хозяин добрый и приветливый.
Pros:

Есть все необходимое для комфортного прибывания: кондиционер, холодильник, газовая плита, стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, микроволновая печь, электрический чайник, кофемашина, утюг, фен. Хозяин любезно предоставил все моющие средства для пользования бытовой техникой, за что большое спасибо! Хороший душ, средства для душа, полотенца, одноразовые тапочки. Сантехника исправна. Квартира двухуровневая. На первом этаже- большой диван, который разбирается и превращается в полноценное спальное место. На втором уровне- большая кровать. Квартира очень удобная для молодежи. Оформлена современно.

A place you can definitely return to (i will)
Pros:

I have been to Istanbul 8-9 times.
Before I started my summer trips, a colleague asked me, "Do you go to the same place every time?"
After her question, I started looking at hotels and/or apartments differently. Specifically, from the perspective of "Would I want to come back here?" In this case, my answer is YES.
(I will honestly tell that I am using this beginning of the text for this apartments and other hotel)

The apartment has everything a girl needs to live for a week: a bed, wardrobe, iron, washing machine, stove, good refrigerator, air conditioner, portable air conditioner. For cooking: a saucepan, frying pan, coffee machine, kettle. Various plates.
What is missing: a description/photo or at least 4-5 suitable capsules for the coffee machine, Turkish coffee pots. There is not enough control over broken dishes. There were some little broken cups and plates, but I just put them aside and used normal dishes.

The bathroom is a separate form of aesthetic art. You walk in and realise that you are in an Eastern country. I adored it.

Balcony. It is for one person. There are, of course, two chairs, but they are either for children or for very thin people.
I will note that the external air conditioning unit is located on this balcony. Not a disadvantage, but missing information.

Wifi - ok.

Very important information for those looking for an apartment: there are at least three grocery stores nearby (3-5 min). And two cosmetics stores.

Enes is a great guy who is ready to help. I wish you prosperity in your business and wonderful guests)

Cons:

There was one small problem with the toilet (after pressing the flush button, it kept flushing), but I hope the problem has been fixed.
A quick guide in case it happens again: at first, I pressed the flush button, sometimes it helped after 3-4 attempts. Sometimes the water flowed for 3-5 minutes, as if it was running through the whole building, and then stopped. Personally, I was just worried that it wouldn't overflow😅
The city is old, the building wasn't built yesterday - you have to understand that)

Pros:

Идеальная локация апартаментов относительно основных достопримечательностей Стамбула - 5-7 минут и вы на центральной улице, где шум, гам и все! )))
Пойдешь в другую сторону и через 10 минут будешь у Босфора.
До площади Таксим - также минут 10 спокойным шагом.

А вечером на террасе - сидишь и наблюдаешь за вечерним городом )))

Тихий район и рядом есть: продуктовые магазины и супермаркет, развалы с фруктами и овощами, кафе и рестораны - как для завтрака, так и для ужина.

Одноподъездный дом с очень крутой и узкой лестницей, как во многих домах Стамбула. Подъем и спуск по ней - это интересно, а с чемоданом - это даже весело.

При заселении встретили, проводили, всё показали и рассказали.
Менеджер Энес всегда был на связи.

Апартаменты полностью соответствуют фото на Booking. Колорит на фото - реален в действительности!
Так получилось, что мы прожили в двух номерах - сначала в апартаментах Делюкс, а потом в Апартаментах с террасой. Если у есть возможность, то выбирайте номер с террасой или с балконом - вам точно понравится!

I enjoyed a lot!

it's quiet in the apartment in the night. The hanging bed is a heaven. Very cozy, you sleep like a baby. Which is very important, because Istanbul is very noisy and often you can't fall asleep.

Host is very nice and helpful!
I would surely come back!

Pros:

Everything was very nice as the apartment decorated with a great taste. It is located in a great district. Very easy to access all important tourist attractions. Terrace of the studio is just great for cozy evenings. I definitely recommend this apartment and I will stay there again by pleasure.

Cons:

All was fine. Just kettle wasn't working for boiling the water for tea but that's not a big deal as I used electric stove for this issue.

Much more than I expected
Pros:

One of the nicest apartments I've ever been to.
I like apartments with personal touch and this one has it. The kitchen had everything you need when it comes to equipment level, the bathroom not the typical one with mould and bad smell. It was tastefully done. The living room was tiny with a comfortable corner couch.
And the bed..a loft bed hanging from ceiling.
The area is buzzing with vibe and energy, a little boho and youthful. If you like old furniture and books you're in the right place. And food wise you can't complain, something for everyone.
And closeness to Istiklal Caddesi is a plus.
And Enes who runs the place was a person who checks upon you to ensure that everything is fine and promptly answers your questions. What I also got was a Whatsapp msg with tips on restaurants.
I was really pleased with my stay.

Nice studio but no internet and issues with getting an invoice
Pros:

Room was nice and clean. Matched images on booking.com. Bed was comfy (though you need to climb a ladder to get there), kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom / shower nice.

Cons:

Internet didn't work and didn't get fixed during my stay. Getting an invoice for the stay was a weeks long ordeal, i had to call Booking.com support for them to intervene.

Delightful little apartment in a central but quiet location
Pros:

This has been a perfect stay from beginning to end. The apartment is located in a central, yet not overly crowded area. It was super quiet, clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The true gem however is Enes, the host, who assisted us and looked after us throughout our stay. We could not have been happier!

A very cool experience I will never forget✨
Pros:

Beautiful & charming place, & BEST location ever! My stay was very nice, I ended up extending my stay. The flat I stayed in was super cute & artsy deco. I appreciated the facilities, the kitchen, stove, laundry, amazing couch, great bed. It was totally worth the money, the area was a great vibe too. Walking distance to so many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, shops. I loved people watching here, what a unique culture. Also the owner was friendly & down to earth, he helped me whenever I needed anything :)
