Appartement spacieux, très bien situé.
Personnel souriant et accueillant.
Piscine et jardin très agréables.

Salle de bains de la chambre familiale un peu petite.

Posizione appena defilata dal centro che garantisce notti tranquilli raggiungendo a piedi in pochi minuti ristoranti, locali e supermercati. Appartamento ben fornito, due camere ben arredate, piscina apprezzatissima! Proprietario estremamente gentile!

Comfy and spacy apartment with pool in peaceful neighbourhood close to Dalyan centre
Pros:

The property is really well maintained with clean swim pool and garden area between 2 buildings, each with 4-6 apartments. The pool area had great sunbeds, hammock and swing seat and was rarely busy as it’s a small complex. Our ground floor 2 bedroom apartment was very comfy, as described in the advert, with a large balcony, plenty of space, and had all the kitchen equipment you could possibly need. We stayed for one month for a working holiday and felt right at home. Verdi (the owner) cleaned the apartment every week and topped up supplies (toilet paper, bin liners etc) whoever needed. We were 5 mins walk from supermarket, bakery, greengrocer and river taxis but far enough away to be in a quiet area and adjacent to open space that we felt like we were on the edge of Dalyan.

Great location good clean accommodation

Great location had everything needed for our trip

Owner went over and above to help us we had somebody with walking difficulties and he gave us a mobility to use free of charge for the full week

Апартаменты расположены в тихом месте, но очень близко к основной туристической улице.
Ремонт свежий, кровати хорошие, матрасы отличные, подушки тоже. Свежий кухонный гарнитур со всей необходимой техникой.

Cons:

Очень грязно. Прежде всего слив в душевой был засорен, но это устранили быстро. В момент нашего заселения весь пол был в песке. Я решил сам протереть пол и ужаснулся. Под кроватью был разбитый стакан, на полу были битые стекла, какие-то таблетки, заколки, салфетки, чипсы. И все это под диваном и кроватями. Пришли сотрудники отеля и начали уборку под моим надзором. Было такое ощущение, что им вообще все равно. Если бы я не сказал пропылесосить под диваном, то они бы этого и не сделали. После того, как уборка была закончена, я взял полотенце и Протер пол самостоятельно. Полотенце стало черным после этого. Как они пол моют???
Ну и еще один момент, который смутил - это кондиционер только в гостиной. В спальнях вентиляторы, на мой вкус душновато.
Общее впечатление - качество ремонта и техники хорошее, но за этим надо следить и тщательно убираться.

Comfortable villa complex, well maintained with a nice pool and easy walk into Dalyran
Pros:

It's a great villa complex, with a nice pool. Very well maintained by a proud owner, and his staff were really friendly. It's 5 5-minute walk from main Dalyan, so you have access without the noise. The room was well equipped with fridge / freezer, kettle and accommodated the four of us well (our 'kids' are adults now)

Cons:

The balcony is a little small to seat 4 (the ground levels rooms have larger balcony / seating area, but then you don't get the privacy as they are adjacent to the pool. The families in those rooms didn't seem to mind.

Excellent location in beautiful Dalyan
Cons:

My family and I enjoyed a fantastic holiday in Dalyan. We felt very comfortable in our room, which had everything we needed. Verdi is a wonderful host who can advise you on where to go and what to see nearby. We did a lot of exploring around the area, and we wish the same for you.

Cons:

Could’ve been better equipped apartment, hairdryer cut out a lot so take your own. WiFi incredibly slow.
