Big apartment with kitchen

Cons:

The lady wasn’t nice at all and didn’t try to communicate with us.
She made us wait so she could blow dry her hair in front of us.
The apartment was full of ants.
Didn’t have anything to use for the washing machine.
The soap was empty!
We didn’t enjoy at all

Gần Hồ Tây nên tiện đi lại. Cô bảo vệ cực kì dễ mến và nhiệt tình.

Cons:

Phòng hôi như có con gì chết ấy. Nhắn hotline thì k trả lời khách luôn. Cũng k khắc phục gì. Cửa sổ chỉ nhìn ra thành phố thôi k có nhìn ra hồ như mô tả. Home nên thêm khăn nhỏ cho mỗi phòng và nước uống. Phòng chỉ có mỗi khăn tắm to và bàn chải đánh răng. Các lọ đựng sữa tắm cáu bẩn. Còn lại đều ổn.

We were looking for an apartment for a 10-day stay because we needed to settle in one place for a bit longer and rest. T
Pros:

We were able to check in a little earlier, for which we are very grateful. The apartment was spacious, had a washing machine, two working TVs connected to the Internet, and the WiFi worked very well. The location was close to the lake, cafés, restaurants, and a shopping mall.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were initially given the keys to the wrong apartment, with one bedroom instead of the two we had booked. We reported the mistake and were shown another apartment, but it was still not the one we had reserved. Only on the third attempt were we finally given access to the apartment we had booked.

Although the apartment was cleaned before our arrival (we saw the cleaning lady working in the room), it was still very dirty. We traveled around Asia for six months and truly do not have high expectations. However, in this apartment, the kitchen and bathroom was very dirty, and although the bedding had been washed, it smelled very bad, as did the towels — like something rotten. In the kitchen, there was a pot and a pan but no cutlery or glasses — just one spoon, a knife, and one pair of chopsticks. We were drinking coffee from bowls :)
During our 10-day stay, no one offered cleaning services, or replacement of bed linens or towels.
