Pros:

Large, spacious room and bathroom too.
Cleaning every day, perfect!
The possibility of washing our clothes.
Kitchen facilities included in the room.
Room without window, but no noise from the street, sufficient soundproofing.

The gentleman at the reception very nice! There is an elevator in the building. Close to a supermarket (2 minutes away) and many Korean restaurants

Very good price/performance ratio
I would go back

Cons:

Longer distance from the city centre.
In the bathroom in the shower only the top fixed shower head. But that's a small thing.

my suite was right under the restaurant, you can imagine the smell and noise.
The 2nd room for my children was in another building. I requested for the 2 rooms in same build but I was told all fully booked out, we weren't offer any other options.
