Basic but met the expectations. Well located.
I asked to change room from the one that was originally allocated. The new room was perfect. I did not have to pay a supplement.
Fantastisk frukost , trevlig personal och charmigt hotel
Beautiful and imaginatively designed/ renovated hotel in a perfect location. Very close to the historic centre and a 10 minute walk to the station on the airport line. Alessandro and his staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to take advantage of the spa.
We weren't there long enough to take advantage of the jacuzzi in the room!
Great stuff with the owner. Taking care from first minute. Delicious breakfast. Swimming pool area was great plus in hot weather.
The hotel was amazing, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was just delicious. We liked the location as it was very close to everything and all within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. The swimming pool area was lovely too.
There was nothing that we did not like at this property.
Hotel is nicely located close to the main pedestrian area of town. Room was nice and clean with good AC and bathroom facilities. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and variety brought to our table. Late check out was arranged by the hotel without issue
Bed was very very hard, as were the pillows.
Very helpful staff; convenient location but does require a 15-20 minute walk to more central area and better restaurants. Quirky decor which is fun.
Some rooms seem small and ventilation poor.
Porta di Castro has it all! Great staff and hospitality. Location. Amenities - comfortable bed, cool a/c, pool, hot tub, daily, generous breakfast. Alessandro made me feel welcome, safe and my interests were his priority.
No lip on the shower so much water escapes - Easy fix with extra towels. .

We are so pleased to have found this lovely little hotel! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they supported us with parking and an early check in effortlessly. They were so friendly and made the stay lovely. We really enjoyed the little oasis with a pool which provides a relaxing place to spend time

Struttura in pieno centro, vicinissima ai principali monumenti. Staff gentile e premuroso. Il proprietario sempre attento e presente, ci tiene alla struttura. Bella la piscina in pieno centro, una chicca durante I bollenti pomeriggi palermitani. Colazione varia e abbondante.
Da migliorare le finiture delle camere.in termini di tinteggiature, stuccature e impianto elettrico. Maggiore attenzione alla pulizia della camera.

The location is perfect for exploring and very close to the Cathedral. So many wonderful places to see. Hotel is very clean and charming. Breakfast is beyond amazing , but what stood out the most is the amazing hospitality of the whole staff. They are absolutely wonderful. The owner is so gracious and charming. Thank you all so much for such a pleasant stay
The hotel has a very central location, with nice interiors and the staff was very helpful. The small courtyard with a pool was a nice place to stay during the heat hours.
