Unique place to stay
Pros:

A quirky, historic building conversion. Staff were very welcoming, breakfast was fabulous. Very easy walk to local attractions. Recommended!

Sehr gastfreundlich
Pros:

Super gelegenes Hotel, mit außerordentlich freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal. Es wird beim Ankunft Kaffee und Süßspeisen angeboten. . Das Frühstück war sensationell. Sehr viele unterschiedliche Speisen, frisches Obst, soviel, dass man es nicht aufessen kann. Ein wirklich tolles Hotel. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft

Ideal cosy hotel near city centre
Pros:

Very quirky design with a suspended glass floor in the dining room and iconic scooters on the walls in places. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet for such a central location. The included breakfast was very generous too.

Treated so well over an ancient well!
Pros:

This hotel is simply stunning - a special shout out to Maurizio, Alessandro and Dalila, who looked after us incredibly well during our stay in this beautiful city. We were even treated to a free upgrade to the jacuzzi room, which was such a lovely surprise.

Where do I even start with the breakfast?? The food just keeps on coming - a true sign of Sicilian hospitality!

The communication before and during our stay was second to none, even sorting out a transfer from and to the airport with Maurizio (the arrival flight was well past midnight!) The team are not only, and rightly, proud of Sicily in general, and Palermo in particular, but their aesthetic eye for what works well in this fusion of the ancient past with all modern conveniences is really exciting. Never have we had breakfast over the 500-year old ruins of an original church!

The hotel recommended many authentically Sicilian restaurants, and we enjoyed delicious meals at La Galleria, Eremiti (very close to the hotel) and Buatta. We spent the day-time soaking up the Palermo sunshine, but the hotel also offered us a very good deal on their spa experience.

What you see is what you get in Palermo - the people are warm, welcoming and they ‘wear their hearts on their sleeves’. Sicily has won a place in our hearts, for sure!

Pobyt w Porta di Castro Hotel & SPA był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Od pierwszej chwili czuliśmy się tu mile widziani i… po prostu dopieszczeni 😊

Personel jest fantastyczny, niezwykle pomocny i serdeczny – zawsze z uśmiechem, zawsze gotowy pomóc, doradzić i zadbać o każdy szczegół pobytu.

Hotel jest czyściutki, zadbany i bardzo komfortowy, co daje poczucie pełnego relaksu. Ogromnym plusem są również przepyszne śniadania – świeże, różnorodne i przygotowane z sercem.

Lokalizacja to kolejny plus tego miejsca. Blisko do głównych atrakcji turystycznych, a do stacji kolejowej zaledwie 300 m, więc powrót na lotnisko okazał się niezwykle wygodny.

To miejsce ma wyjątkową atmosferę i sprawia, że Palermo zapamiętuje się jeszcze piękniej. Z całego serca polecam i z ogromną przyjemnością wrócimy tu ponownie! ❤️
