Pros:

Really beautiful place, though it could definitely use a bit of restoration. The staff were very friendly, and the owner, Leonardo, was a great host. He explained everything clearly and gave us lots of helpful tips on things to do in Palermo and places to eat.

Cons:

A very generous breakfast, but as is typical across much of Southern Europe, the selection is mostly sweet: pastries and fruit. There isn’t the usual European-style breakfast with salty hot dishes. But that’s more about the culture in Italy than the hotel itself. WiFi in the room is very poor.

Step over the dog and into a great stay.
Pros:

When booking, I missed a lot of what this place had to offer. What a pleasant surprise at the end of a long trip to have such things as a massage and steam room. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable.
The staff was super helpful and patient with information and recommendations. Palermo is all about walking and this is super well located. Highly recommend.
The vibe was really enjoyable, which is important and hard to achieve.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike about this stay. And Samba the dog in reception is a super selling point for tired travelers.

Flaw
Pros:

People were friendly and did a good job. Breakfast was excellent in terms of choice, although service was a little frenetic.

Cons:

We paid for a Junior Suite, nice and bright, just like in the photos, what we got was a room with no natural light, comfortable enough, but not what we were expecting for sure.

Das Haus insgesamt ist toll gestaltet und dekoriert. Sehr charmant.
Das Zimmer war prima und wir wurden herzlich empfangen.
Ich bin kein Frühstücker, für jene die es sind: es ist mehr als reichhaltig! So viel kann man nicht essen. Die süßen Speisen, die man nicht schafft, bekommt man eingepackt, was ist gut finde.

perfect loction great staff amazing breakfast
Pros:

Great location, Hotel really helpful before arrival contacted us re taxi from airport. Breakfast was huge with great selection of traditional foods to the area. Staff really helpful.
quirky place with some amazing history. Lovely dog in reception. would definately recommend

Cons:

a kettle in the room for a quick tea/ coffee first thing and it was a shame the pool wasn't open but appreciate it was very early in the year

Porta Castro la città a portata di mano!
Pros:

La cordialità dello staff sempre pronta a dare consigli e farti sentire a tuo agio. La posizione dell'alloggio centralissimo e molto vicino alla fermata del treno Orleans. Stanza con cambio salviette ogni giorno. Possibilità della mescita dell'acqua quando si vuole.

Cons:

La SPA onerosa e poco pulita. Lo spreco dei prodotti non consumati durante la colazione, sarebbe meglio un buffet. Stanza molto rumorosa. Doccia con soffione da cambiare. Lo scalino tra gli ambienti, pericoloso!

Personnel au top 👌
Pros:

J’ai surtout apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, qui ont été là à chaque fois que j’en avais besoin. Ils ont pris un moment pour m’expliquer ce qu’il y avait à faire à Palerme, tout en m’offrant quelques collations. J’ai énormément apprécié le personnel

Cons:

No han respetado (por parte de su gerente Alejandro), la reserva de habitación (SUITE JUNIOR) envíandonos a habitaciones totalmente distintas. Hemos hecho la reclamación pertinente. Hemos viajado bastante y jamás no había pasado está situación.

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the staff was excellent, polite, helpful and friendly.
Location was amazing, breakfast fantastic.
I loved to have the spa for my use only.

Cons:

Had few issues with towels and the level of cleaning was not always at excellent standards
and there weren't many places to put my own items.

Impresentable la gerencia tienen que respetar las reservas y máximo si están pagadas con antelación

Lo impresentable del gerente (Alejandro) en las cuatro noches que hemos reservado nos ha cambiado tres veces de habitación, después de tener reservada y pagada habitación SUITE JUNIOR, envíandonos a habitaciones muy inferiores. Tenemos hecho la reclamación pertinente ya que disponemos de fotografías y vídeos de las habitaciones.... cuidado!!!
