Pobyt w Porta di Castro Hotel & SPA był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Od pierwszej chwili czuliśmy się tu mile widziani i… po prostu dopieszczeni 😊

Personel jest fantastyczny, niezwykle pomocny i serdeczny – zawsze z uśmiechem, zawsze gotowy pomóc, doradzić i zadbać o każdy szczegół pobytu.

Hotel jest czyściutki, zadbany i bardzo komfortowy, co daje poczucie pełnego relaksu. Ogromnym plusem są również przepyszne śniadania – świeże, różnorodne i przygotowane z sercem.

Lokalizacja to kolejny plus tego miejsca. Blisko do głównych atrakcji turystycznych, a do stacji kolejowej zaledwie 300 m, więc powrót na lotnisko okazał się niezwykle wygodny.

To miejsce ma wyjątkową atmosferę i sprawia, że Palermo zapamiętuje się jeszcze piękniej. Z całego serca polecam i z ogromną przyjemnością wrócimy tu ponownie! ❤️

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo, molto particolare e suggestiva...pavimento in vetro con reperti a vista , statue swcolarie e affreschi storici....spa meravigliosa e vespa in camera...il proprietario molto simpatico e alla mano...un vero amante del bello e della pulizia! Grazie Alessandro.

Habitación muy amplia y bien decorada, desayuno excelente y muy variado, personal atento y generoso, el spa no es barato, pero es espectacular. El hotel está bien situado.

Hotel stuff was excellent, helpful and professional. We arrived earlier, me and my three year old daughter, but instead of just send us to wait, the Front Desk lady accompanied us to the table. She brought out local delicacies and briefly introduced us to the hotel, immediately marking where we were on the map and where to get around the city. The owner of the hotel even, gave us a courtesy greeting by suggesting the nearby Zoo. The other day was asking for toothbrush , maybe was in the hotel to buy- the other front desk Lady was already knocking on the door. Even the Breakfast was such a experience and breakfast stuff extraordinary! Even we stayed only two days, our room was sooo neatly cleaned. And definitely wherever you go with a child in Palermo, you can see how they respect and love children! Beautiful memories! And also I recommend their driver-Maurizio! He gave us beyond service by taking us to the peak to see the Mondelo beach and mountains, gave us a slow stroll through the vibrant streets of Palermo and shared interesting stories. But it is because I could understand and speak a bit of italian. So if you go there, try to have italian language classes to chat with locals.
This hotel don’t need recommendations, it is a masterpiece.

Fantastic experience. The owner Alessandro was so welcoming and supportive . Nothing was too much trouble for him or his exceptionally friendly and kind staff. The hotel was spotless. Quirky and boutique style decor. The breakfasts were delicious , abundant with fresh fruit, assortment of hams cheeses and pastries. Gorgeous coffee. Beautiful decor. . The pool was spotless and v private . Hotel 3 mins away from the palace. Ideally located close to main shopping street . Easy walk to the colourful Balero market.
