A family-friendly hotel with all the facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis, foot and basketball courts, a wonderful water games city for children, a children's room with all the games up to the age of 6. What I liked most is that there is a rescue team in the pools and hotel facilities. There are respectful and friendly guards and staff. It is a wonderful hotel in all respects 💙👌🏻

First, I was given an unclean room; second, there was a delay in communication; and finally, I was charged for breakfast even though it was free and I had booked it through Booking.com.

The housekeeping staff do not replace the amenities every day unless we ask. Moreover, one day I found my towels in the WC which is unacceptable for a five-star hotel!!
