المسابح ممتعة للاطفال والتعامل والخدمة سيئة

1-يفضل تغطية المسبح الخارجي المخصص للاطفال تغطيتة لتخفيف حراراة الشمس
2- التاخير الكبير في ارسال الامتعة للغرف بعد ساعة من وقت الدخول
3- قبل وقت الخروج بساعة تم تعطيل عمل بطاقة المفاتيح حاولت الدخول الى غرفتي الساعة 11 صباحا ولم تفتح البطاقات اتصلت بهم وتم ارسال موظف بعد 40 دقيقة وانا انتظر في الممر وقت الخروج المفروض الساعة 12 لماذا تم تعطيل البطاقات ؟؟ يجب تزويد الممرات بسوفا او مقاعد للجلوس
