Great stay at the Le Mirage apartments - running track, gym & pool facilities were epic. Staff were warm & friendly - especially the doormen & the cleaners (Roschel especially!)

Clean and calm stay, but not satisfied with the service experience.
Pros:

The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. It was also very quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Cons:

While the hotel itself was very clean, quiet, and a nice place to relax, I was disappointed with some aspects of the service. We noticed that some staff members seemed more attentive and friendly toward certain nationalities, which made us feel uncomfortable and overlooked.

We also requested extra towels and a bathrobe, as these were not provided in our room, but unfortunately, our request was not fulfilled. This added to the feeling that the level of service we received was not consistent.

I hope the management can address this and ensure that all guests are treated equally and that basic requests are handled promptly.
