The staff is really nice and helpful. A room is clean with comfortable bed.
Breakfast was good as well as rooftop pool.
There was a problem with hot water in the bathroom. It was not obvious that you need to wait till water become hot.

- A little far from Old Quarter and need to book a ride there.
- There's a sewage in front of the hotel and can be smelly.
My 2nd stay at this hotel and it delivered what I was looking for. Good value for money and all I was expecting. All staff really pleasant and efficient
charge 5% fee when I make credit card payment, while I have refund promotion when use credit card

Staffs and the breakfast timing 🤍 I also liked the pool and the balcony…however I wish the pool was alittle big.
The location is abit away from the main area like Old quarter Hanoi. You don’t have much places around to eat or even to get some snacks
