Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich gut ,sehr zentral an der Stadt .Jedoch die Bar darunter war extrem laut ,trotz Ohropax ist nicht an Schlaf zu denken bis 3 Uhr nachts . Die Zimmer wirken modern und stylisch jedoch läuft die klospülung nachdem abspülen gefühlt 5 Std nach ,die nespresso Maschine funktioniert nicht wirklich und die Matratze ist extrem durchgelegen.

Pros:

La chambre est plutôt sympa, c'est dommage qu'il soit impossible de dormir à cause du bruit du bar. On a l'impression d'être à un karaoké. Les boules quies ne changent rien. Fuyez cet établissement

Cons:

Le bruit. Et le fait que lorsqu'on réserve la chambre, à aucun moment on comprend qu'on dort juste au dessus d'un bar avec aucune protection. Imaginez que vous avez une petite maison avec un étage, mettez le son d'un concert + karaoké dans votre salon et laissez votre chambre ouverte. Voila c'est ça.
Le bruit est censé s'arrêter à 2h du matin. On s'est dit qu'on pourrait dormir de 2h à 9h à la limite c'est jouable. Mais la 2e nuit, soirée jusqu'à 5h du matin. La c'en était trop. On a du quitter les lieux et réserver une autre chambre pour les deux nuits restantes.

Bien évidemment, les deux nuits que nous avons laissées ne nous ont pas été remboursées, le tout dans une mauvaise foi magnifique : "il est indiqué que vous rentrez par un bar". N'importe quoi. Même pour aller faire la grosse fête, n'allez pas là-bas.

Pior serviço de atendimento possível! Guest Ready é uma empresa desqualificada.
Pros:

Apartamento amplo, porém extremamente frio! Bem localizado

Cons:

Guest Ready é dessas empresas de administração de hotelaria que não tem trato de hospitalidade. Equipe de atendimento do chat é despreparada, desqualificada e não vale o valor da hospedagem. Em casos assim um hotel sai muito melhor que essa empresa.

O apartamento é extremamente frio!

L'unica pecca era la musica fino alla una di notte senza insonorizzazione...tutta via era buona musica ma sarebbe meglio avvisare chi soggiorna , comunque è sempre un esperienza :)

Cozy, comfy, will check if there’s availability next time to come back
Pros:

I think this is one of the more beautiful places I’ve stayed and it’s so centrals and close to many attractions in Porto. I would come back again and again. We did have a bit of a leaking issue but I feel like the owners are so easy to communicate with and they’re very responsive and understanding so it was great and comfy. I definitely slept like a baby.

Cons:

There are little flies and lil bugs if that’s a turn off for folks, I just kept swatting at them if I saw any. There wasn’t a crazy amount or more that kept coming in, but may be a turn off like I mentioned. Also, it is above a bar that has lots of social events so not ideal for people who don’t like noise when they sleep. For me, this was not an issue at all.

Total discomfort due to the low temperature in the room. Sleep was a big problem. I left more tired than I came.
Pros:

It was clean in the room and very spacious.

Cons:

There was mold on the ceiling. And there was a moldy smell in the room that kept you awake during sleep. The air conditioning wasn't working and there was a radiator that couldn't handle heating the whole room, and it was very cold in the room. I spoke to the owner but he didn't take any action.

Eles vendem um serviço e não entregam, cuidado não há receptação 24h, não há concierge, vc não tem acesso a nenhuma pessoa, tudo eh online e cobrado.

La stanza è molto bella e accogliente, come nelle fotografie

Cons:

Come scritto da altri ospiti la stanza è effettivamente molto rumorosa non solo per il pub sottostante ma per le sale concerto vicine. Non adatto a famiglie o persone che restano più di 1 notte.
