Pros:

The rooms were huge and clean, the wifi worked well.
There was a small confusion about the kitchen stovetop (my room was not equipped with it) the staff was very kind and accommodating and provided a solution for me.

The location is not too far from the city center and there are supermarkets near which is convenient.

Cons:

Overall no major complains I was satisfied.
The bathroom could be a bit more decorated maybe but it is more a potential improvement than a major issue.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt im ATRIUM Boutique Suites Sofia in Sofia war leider sehr enttäuschend.
Positiv war lediglich, dass ein früherer Check-in möglich war. Der Empfang war jedoch sehr knapp – außer der Schlüsselübergabe erhielten wir keinerlei Erklärung oder Informationen zur Unterkunft.
Beim Betreten des Apartments stellten wir erhebliche Sauberkeitsmängel fest. In beiden Etagen lagen schwarze Haare auf den Böden und in den Badezimmern. Der Teppich im Wohnbereich war stark verschmutzt (Flecken, Krümel, Sand). Die Treppen waren staubig, und die Toilette war nicht gründlich gereinigt. Auch der Zustand der Küche war unzureichend – der Reinigungsschwamm war stark verschmutzt und kaum benutzbar.
Das Badezimmer befand sich ebenfalls in keinem guten Zustand. Die Dusche war deutlich verschimmelt. Nach dem Duschen stand das Badezimmer unter Wasser, da das Wasser nicht richtig ablief bzw. die Abdichtung offensichtlich mangelhaft war. Zudem fiel der Handtuchhalter aus der Wand, als wir ein Handtuch aufhängen wollten. Insgesamt wirkte die Unterkunft abgewohnt und schlecht instand gehalten. Auch die Ausstattung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Statt einer voll ausgestatteten Küche handelte es sich lediglich um eine einfache Küchenzeile ohne Herdplatte; eine Minibar war nicht vorhanden, lediglich ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt, das ebenfalls nicht sauber und zudem nicht für drei Personen vorbereitet war. Uns wurde zugesichert, dass unser Apartment nochmals gereinigt werde. Dafür verließen wir die Unterkunft mehrere Stunden. Bei unserer Rückkehr konnten wir jedoch keine wesentliche Verbesserung feststellen – Haare, Verschmutzungen auf dem Teppich und Staub waren weiterhin vorhanden. Während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts wurden weder Handtücher gewechselt noch Verbrauchsmaterialien regelmäßig aufgefüllt.

Pros:

Me encanto el enorme que era el apartamento, dos plantas. Luminoso. El sitio era super xulo. Sala de juegos, jardin, la verdad que las instalaciones muy bonitas.

Cons:

La limpieza en el apartamento. Un apartamento tan bonito, tan elegante, y le ha fallado la limpieza. A simple vista parecia limpio pero luego en el baño el suelo etc. Les faltan mejorar este punto.

Can highly recommend - 5 stars all round.
Pros:

Three levels - very spacious, modern and clean. Terrace overlooking old town Sofia. Walking distance to shops and attractions. Secure basement parking. We stayed for 2 nights and had everything we need. Can highly recommend - 5 stars all round.
