Nice clean apartment with fireplace. Amazing view from the balcony. HBO TV packet included.
There were enough free parking slots on the street (this is an advantage of not renting near the gondola station)
We've rented the apartment for a family of 4 and the dishes weren't enough, we had to struggle a bit to boil some pasta.
Below there are some points which need to be considered (we were aware of them and we've accepted them):
- the Bansko gondola is about 15-2- minutes walking distance - for us it was still ok.
- the fireplace comes with woods for 1 fire only, you have to buy it yourself if you want to fire it more than 1 night - you can find wood for 1 nigh at about 7 euro at a shop nearby.
- the heating is done with airconditioner and this is a bit noisy (this is a common problem in Basnko)
- the apartment is located at 3rd floor, with no elevator - this is ok as long as you are in a good shape
Hosted was really kind and answered all my questions about Bansko before our arrival. Thanks to him. House was clean and warm. Bathroom was clean and has hot water. Balcony and kitchen were also good. There are a french bed and a sofa bed in the house. Towels were enough for 4 people.
The house is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. there is no fire exit on the building. there is parking area in the garden, hosted did not offer it but we parked our car on the first night because garden garage door were completely open. but next day, someone locked the garage door not to park to the garden. This behaviour was not good.
Cosy small house warm and easy to find. Very easy to find free place on the street around of the building.also so easy self check in.i suggest this house
İnternet. Speed was fine but it was a lot of signal lost. But owner said it is all same in Bansko.

Pozele nu sunt reale, nu am primit acest apartament! Livingul se încălzește cu un aparat de aer condiționat, încăperea miroase a umezeală... drept urmare și canapeaua din living!
