L'hôtel est isolé et très joli, beaucoup d'activités pour les enfants : une belle piscine, des jeux d'eau, un mini-golf, des jeux d'extérieur,
A seulement 20 min de Palma et 25-30 min de voiture de Valdemossa, Soller,...
Appartement propre,
Personnel disponible et a l'écoute,
Chiens admis avec supplément,
Ferme avec des animaux,
Cadre très joli et reposant,
Grande terrasse dans l'appartement,
Plusieurs espaces détente dans les communs,

Cons:

La cuisine manque un peu d'équipement : pas de four, micro-onde, ou de bouilloire électrique (bien que cette dernière nous ait été fournie lorsque nous en avons parlé)

Heerlijk verblijf.
Pros:

Fijn groot terrein met 2 zwemaden, prachtige planten en oude boerderij-elementen. Overal plekjes om lekker te zitten. Prachtige kamer met autentieke sfeer.

Cons:

Het ligt aan de weg, gelukkig lag onze kamer niet aan die kant. Het restaurant is wel aan de prijs, eten is lekker maar ook weer niet heel bijzonder.

Pros:

Tout était parfait. Confort, propreté, cadre, emplacement, calme, authenticité. Copieux petit-déjeuner.
Emplacement, assez proche de Palma, Sóller, Valdemossa, Deià, Fornalutx....
Jolie et vaste chambre .
Informations pratiques complètes à notre arrivée.

Cons:

Matelas qui mériterait d'être changé. Creux au milieu et très dur.

-struttura molto curata nell’esterno con tanti spazi per godere della natura e della calma

Cons:

-non è insonorizzata per cui si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva nell’appartamento accanto (festa compresa fino alle 4 del mattino)
-la pulizia non è prevista tutti i giorni. Si parla di scelta green ma il prezzo però non prevede uno sconto green

Amazing place, great with kids and surrounded by nature.
Pros:

The breakfast is very rich; the place is surrounded by nature and it's perfect to enjoy with family and kids (they also have animals you can see in their habitat). The pool is big and comfortable and the view is amazing. The staff is friendly and always supportive. They also have a lot of activities to do with the kids: minigolf, pony, tennis etc. We loved it!!

Beautiful place, but poor service, hidden extra charges and very little consideration for guests.
Pros:

The hotel is visually beautiful and located in a pleasant, quiet area. The setting itself is nice and the property has charm.

Cons:

The service was disappointing and not at the level expected for the price we paid (over 733 EUR for 4 nights instead of 688). At check-out, we were charged for a baby cot that we never requested. Our child is 1.5 years old and sleeps with us, and this extra charge was only mentioned at the very end of our stay. We also had to change rooms during the stay because the hotel could not keep us in one room for all 4 nights, which was especially inconvenient as it happened on my birthday, despite me mentioning this in advance. In addition, some staff members spoke about us in Spanish assuming we would not understand, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Another issue was food availability: the hotel restaurant had very limited opening hours, and one weekend evening we were left without any dinner option for our small child, while the nearest shop is about 20 minutes away by car. The next morning, when I took a sandwich from breakfast just in case, I was told that this was not allowed. There were also ants in the room.
