Nagyon jó helyen, bár zajos éjjel, de ez itt velejár. A lakás maga nagyon jó szeparált és hangulatos

A short getaway made better with convenience and comfort.
Pros:

Location is definitely a plus as everywhere is reachable easily by foot. Accommodation is neat, modern and tidy. Hosts are very nice and responsive, and took initiative to address a fridge issue by providing compensation for days it wasn't working and an immediate replacement when they could. Very much appreciated~!

Cons:

Wifi speeds seemed a little slow considering that there may be 5 adults using it at the same time which probably may have impacted streaming speeds.

Shower must be completely renovated in room 302 . Water it’s leaking everywhere, outdated kitchen, you practically barely can open drawers, inside doors must be fixed. Host is a businessman not showing hospitality at all, I asked for earlier check in they just sent me link of other company for luggage, of course it must be paid extra. We came 20 minutes before check in and the room was already ready, but they didn’t inform us at all. It’s unprofessional and my impression was that only money is important for this host. I don’t recommend.

Be careful of management promises
Pros:

Entry codes were received a day before, upon request, host offered 2 hour early check in free of charge which was appreciated
Location is central & convenient, street noise was blocked with closed windows/doors
Apt (401) itself looked new & bright (west & north facing), space was designed efficiently. Furnitures were comfortable & all appliances worked well
Very small bathroom but works, just be careful when shower - water could leak out to floor

Cons:

Lies about the one & only elevator!
One day before check in, we were informed elevator was out, “our team is working closely with the technicians to have the elevator running again as soon as possible. Please rest assured that you will be compensated for each night without elevator access”
It was unfortunate the elevator had been out 2 weeks before our check in - 2 days after we made the non refundable reservation.
It was MORE unfortunate the so promised “compensation” was never given/received. Upon knowing we already checked out, management responded “Rest assured we will reach out shortly with the refund confirmation and details”. Then radio silence …. no response whatsoever to any update requests
Hard to understand WHY bothered to offer & repeatedly promise compensation when it didn’t mean it??
