Important information:

Please note that the Studio, One-bedroom apartment and Superior apartment will have a sofa bed set up when there are 3 or 4 people selected. The sofa bed can be set up for stays of 2 people at a charge of £25 per night. Please contact the property using the details on the booking confirmation if you would like the sofa bed made.

Guests must send a copy of their photo ID to the property 30 days prior to arrival.

Marlyn Lodge has a self-check-in and check-out system. Please provide the cardholder's address at the time of booking in the Special Requests box.

Please note, smoking is not permitted throughout the entire property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged a GBP 75 fee for cleaning.

Service charge includes the following on weekdays only (excluding bank holidays): Towels, toiletries, washing up, bed making and tidying. Please note that the apartments are fully cleaned after check-out unless stay are longer than 7 nights. There is no cleaning during your stay unless requested.

Please note there will be a GBP 15 charge for loss of keys.

Please note there will be an extra cleaning charge of GBP 200 for excessive mess and/or rubbish left in the apartment after check-out, and if there are any stains in the property or any damage to the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Everyday cleaning. Even dishes were taken care of..

Cons:

The hallway is depressing and very old doors. Not really secure. But once in the room, everything was fine,clean and modern.

Sehr schön, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn Station Tower Hill und ca. 15 zu Fuß zur U-Bahn und Bahnhof Liverpool Street (Elizabeth Line) sowie zu Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Die Ausstattung, insbesondere die Küchenausstattung mit Reinigungsprodukten.
Es gab immer heißes Wasser zum Duschen und man konnte täglich entscheiden ob man frische Handtücher möchte.
Sogar die Spülmaschine wurde ausgeräumt. Heizung, die reguliert werden konnte.
Supermarkt, Pubs, Restaurants direkt um die Ecke.

Pros:

O apartamento é bem espaçoso e muito bem equipado. A cozinha é completa e moderna, tem máquina de lavar. O banheiro também é confortável. As camas também são espaçosas - inclusive o sofá-cama, bem confortável. Há arrumação do quarto e troca de toalhas da acomodação em dias úteis.
Fica a cerca de cinco minutos de duas estações de metrô (Tower Hill e Aldgate, que atendem a linhas diferentes). Há boas opções de mercados perto, uma ótima forma de economizar e comer melhor em Londres.

Cons:

Não é uma crítica, mas deixo como sugestão disponibilizar um segundo par de chaves para os hóspedes, já que nem sempre a nossa família voltava junta ao apartamento.

It was a great accommodation in London.
Pros:

- Andrew was so responsive, the first night of our stay we had a slight problem and he solved it quickly and made us a comfortable stay.
- I loved the location. It is in the center of City of London. It is so close to the Tube. So you can reach mostly anywhere in London by transport. You can also see the Tower Bridge and Tower of London on foot.
- There is a pub nearby so you can have your breakfast/dinner meals or drinks easily. There is also a small Tesco just around the corner of the building. There is a Starbucks on the other end of the street, you may miss it if you don’t go that way. I noticed it on the last day when we we were returning:)
- The flat was as it seems in the photos. It was large, clean and well equipped. The kitchen was useful, and the beds were comfy.
- Self check-in process was smooth and well described in advance.

Cons:

- I have to say the heater works sooo noisily that i had to turn it off before sleeping. I couldn’t sleep with the heater on. As it was a sunny and a not so cold a few days in London, we didn’t had so much problem of cold. But it can be tricky in the winter.
- We stayed four nights and there was only a one time cleaning in the room. We didn’t had so much problem, but if you want the towels change daily and the utensils refill daily it may be tricky.

Modernes Apartment mit herausragender Lage
Pros:

Exzellente Lage, frisch modernisiertes, sehr sauberes Apartment.

Cons:

In dem Apartment ist es lagebedingt auch in der Nacht recht laut. Dies ist bei der Lage mitten in der Stadt nicht vermeidbar, sollte man aber beachten.

Semplicemente fantastico
Pros:

Posizione perfetta a due passi dalla metro, il market è al piano terra del palazzo comodissimo,stanza ampia luminosa bellissima completa di tutte le comodità possibili ed immaginabili. La consiglio a tutti.
