Important information:

Please note that the Studio, One-bedroom apartment and Superior apartment will have a sofa bed set up when there are 3 or 4 people selected. The sofa bed can be set up for stays of 2 people at a charge of £25 per night. Please contact the property using the details on the booking confirmation if you would like the sofa bed made.

Guests must send a copy of their photo ID to the property 30 days prior to arrival.

Marlyn Lodge has a self-check-in and check-out system. Please provide the cardholder's address at the time of booking in the Special Requests box.

Please note, smoking is not permitted throughout the entire property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged a GBP 75 fee for cleaning.

Service charge includes the following on weekdays only (excluding bank holidays): Towels, toiletries, washing up, bed making and tidying. Please note that the apartments are fully cleaned after check-out unless stay are longer than 7 nights. There is no cleaning during your stay unless requested.

Please note there will be a GBP 15 charge for loss of keys.

Please note there will be an extra cleaning charge of GBP 200 for excessive mess and/or rubbish left in the apartment after check-out, and if there are any stains in the property or any damage to the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

The room was spacious and perfect for a longer stay (about 10 days) with my wife and our baby.

Pros:

The apartment is new, beautifully decorated. The beds are ones of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The kitchen is fully equipped, every detail was carefully thought through- e.g. we had a dishwasher AND the tablets, the washing machine AND washing powder, the tea kettler AND tea, sugar, milk.. The coffee machine AND coffee pods for it. Unbelievable comfortable stay, great value for money. Also, spotless clean, with maids changing towels every day.
The location is superb- a walking distance from the Tower Bridge, also close to all things worth sightseeing. Even though in Central London, the micro location is quiet, so you can have a nice sleep when you return from all day walking :)
We would definitely stay again there.

wonderful, would stay there again
Pros:

The location was great, tesco express right around the corner, kitchen was well equipped, even had a washing machine. We arrived early and could access the apt before the official check in time which we greatly appreciated.
