Pros:

Overall good value for money for an acommodation at Canary Wharf area

Cons:

I stayed there for 3 nights, after the 2nd night I asked at the reception if the cleaning will be done today. I was assured that it will be done, But when I arrived to the room late in the evening nothing was cleaned, though I have seen the cleaning lady earlier at our floor. On the checkout I have just got "I am sorry and I will talk to the stuff". Really disappointing experience this time. I stayed here 3 times before and never faced this.

Lage & Zimmergrösse top - Zimmerzustand, Sauberkeit und Gastpflege eher Flop
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist top - am Wasser gelegen, inmitten des modernen und lebendigen Stadtteils Canary Wharf. Fußweg zu U-Bahn oder Zug jeweils etwa 5-10 Minuten und somit auch super Anbindung ans Stadtzentrum.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers bzw. dessen Zustand ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig: Abfluss des Waschbeckens im Bad funktionierte nicht störungsfrei, einzige vorhandene Schublade im Badschrank ließ sich nicht schliessen. In der Küche sehr lockere Amaturen, das Bedienfeld des Herdes kam einem beim Bedienen regelmäßig entgegen - wurde nur noch gehalten durch die Kabel/Stromkabel. Teile der Schränke ließen sich nicht vollständig schließen. Generell war der Zustand der Küche alles andere als sauber. Die Ausstattung eher spartanisch - jeweils nur 4 Teller, Schüsseln etc. Unserem Wunsch nach einer zweiten Decke fürs Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer (vorhanden war eine gemeinsame Bettdecke zum Teilen) wurde entgegnet, dass dies nicht vorgesehen sei. Alternativ hat man uns lediglich einen Topper für die Matratze als zweite Bettdecke zur Verfügung gestellt.
Wir haben den General Manager (Ricardo) des Hotels auf die besagten Mängel angesprochen - dieser entschuldigte sich mit dem Verweis auf das Versagen bzw. die Verantwortung des Facility Management. Er bot uns als Entschädigung für 2 Tage Frühstück auf Kosten des Hotels an. Die darüber hinaus versprochene Flasche Wein sowie in Aussicht gestellte Entschädigungszahlung haben wir bis heute nicht erhalten.
Insgesamt somit eine gemischte Erfahrung - die Lage des Hotels sowie Größe der Zimmer sind wirklich top für eine Reise nach London. Der Zustand der Zimmer jedoch und das Entgegenkommen bei ‚Sonderwünschen‘ wie einer zweiten Decke sowie Behebung von Mängeln sprechen eher gegen dieses Hotel.

Lovely apartment and great location
Pros:

ITs was a lovely apartment. Found the staff to be very nice and friendly. I would definitely stay again.
The location is perfect one stop to the O2, short tube to central london.
Little bit of city centre noise but you in the city I dont know what people expect.

Very good value for money. Clean and tidy. Lots of space. 7 mins walk from Jubilee line.

Ruined our holiday, rooms should not be advertised as can sleep x6 people.
Pros:

Clean rooms, good living space and great location.

Cons:

Sofa bed was not fit for purpose. Room publicised as sleeping x6 people, however the sofa bed was impossible to sleep on. You can feel the metal frame, slats and all springs in the mattress. Staff solution was to add extra quilts as a cushion! We slept x3 to a bed one-night and for those who tried the sofa bed on second night, still have back pains.

I had a balcony off the bedroom but it couldn’t be accessed. It was also very hot! The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
