Horrible and misplaced ed us the entire trip.
Pros:

Staff was extremely rude and racist. Had us evicted without any reason. Called the police on us and vowed we will not stay there anymore. We had issues with the weather and requested for a fan or air conditioner. Before we knew what was happening they threw us out by calling the police. Never gave us a refund. Don’t go to this apartment if you’re people of color.

Cons:

Staff is receptionist. If your front desk is racist you’d never have customers

Struttura bella, appartamento ottimo e completo di tutto, meriterebbe però un po’ più di manutenzione per delle piccole

Struttura curata e vicino alla Metro, vista mozzafiato sul Dock

Cons:

Alcune cosettine che dovrebbero essere riviste, l’appartamento è splendido ma meriterebbe più attenzione e manutenzione.

Für uns als 5-köpfige Famile war das Appartment optimal um London zu erkunden!
Pros:

Die Lage ist ruhig (für London) und man ist in 10 Minuten in der U-Bahn. Ausstattung für Selbstversorger ist gut. Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte man sich sparen. Es wird eine Art Lunch-Packet aufs Zimmer gebracht. Jede Menge Verpackung und überschaubares Angebot. Türen knallen ziemlich.

Great location and very clean. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable; we had booked a two bedroom apartment but were put into a one bed instead. Very hot and air conditioner system leaked.
