Kordon YALI Suites

Tout, l'emplacement, l'établissement, le calme (fin décembre), la propreté, la machine à café à capsule et le personnel très pro et attentif. J'ai rarement eu une telle satisfaction globale.

Kordon YALI Suites is located in the PERFECT location of Fethiye - just steps from the seafront promenade and grocery stores, and a short walk to Old Town. The apartment is only one of four units in the building and set back off the main street which made the apartment very quiet. The unit was very clean when we arrived. But the best part of our stay was the responsiveness of the co-owner when we communicated with him. He responded very quickly, clearly, and very professionally. He asked us to let him know know about a hour before we arrived so he could have one of his employees at the property to greet us. When we arrived, his friendly employee was waiting for us and took his time showing us the features of the apartment and things of interest in Fethiye. He was not rushed and made sure all our questions were answered. Overall, the professionalism exhibited by the co-owner and his employee were exemplar. On future visits to Fethiye, we would definitely stay at the Kordon YALI Suites again!

Konum olarak mükemmeldi. Apart tertemizdi. İhtiyacımız olan tüm küçük ev aletleri ve mutfak gereçleri vardı. Huzur dolu bir tatil geçirdim. Seneye de tercih edeceğim.

Good location. Clean. Roomy. All facilities present. Very kind owners.

Lovely location. Close to the waterfront with Starbucks next door it had a quiet and ambient atmosphere
right next to all the restaurants and cafes. The host was very welcoming and accommodating too.

Spacious, centrally located modern apartment. Two balconies, one of which had a washing line and airer. Very handy as the excellent washing macine got a good work out during our stay. Our apartment was at the back of building, but the balcony and living room had water views across the Kordon. Being at the back was an advantage, as the Kula club, accross the road, had loud music playing every night, which would have been even louder at the front. (ear plugs were supplied:)
Full size fridge, smart TV and comfy bed.
Parking was easy at any of the roads surrounding the building. Multiple eating options within a short walk. Easy drive into Fethiye, the old town, the fabulous weekly fruit and veg markets as well as Oludeniz and Mount Babadag.
Although we never met, the owner was very responsive to whatssap messages.

The flat is in central location, easy access to the beach front , restaurants and local shops.
We came with two kids ( 2 years and 6 years old) , and we had a nice time.

The CO owner of the apartment is super nice and friendly , he kept checking on by texting me every other day and asking me anything that I need, etc.

They also offer a baby bedcot, which isn't initially mentioned via the booking.com page, so anyone who needed can certainly contact the owner via WhatsApp to request it.

We will definitely come back .

Great location across the road from the waterfront with plenty of bars and restaurants. The apartment is set back from the busy road with double glazing to help reduce the traffic noise. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge and washing machine. We appreciated the supply of washing liquid, drying rack, and iron & ironing board. The water pressure in the shower was good. The long sofas were really comfortable and provided plenty of space to relax. The apartment is clean and spacious with a balcony and a table and chairs.

Spacious apartment and having extras (washing machine). Very clean and new. A/C in bedroom and living room. Good parking. Nice balcony. Host met us and stayed in contact for any questions. Good service. We also found a great restaurant called Seeds a few steps away.

Great location, attentive staff, comfortable stay. Great amenities such as kitchen and washing machine. Staff answered all our questions and were quick to reply. Restaurants next to the ocean is right across the street! Many supermarkets are close by.
