Dobre położenie, miła obsługa, ciepłe pokoje
Największym plusem była lokalizacja, śniadanie również było bardzo smaczne i różnorodne co było dodatkowym plusem
Pokój był w starym stylu, niczym za czasów PRL
Pobyt w centrum Karpacza.
Przydałaby się winda ze względu na bagaż. Ale da się przeżyć....

Znakomite śniadania!
Opłata dodatkowa za parking
Pokój z widokiem na przeciwną stronę niż deptak był faktycznie cichy. W pokoju jest czysto, chociaż wykładzina i wyposażenie są dość stare i trochę zużyte.
Śniadania były urozmaicone, większość składników dobra, część jednak przeciętna (zwłaszcza słodycze i kawa).
Pokój czteroosobowy typu Deluxe był opisany jako posiadający 2 łóżka pojedyncze i 1 łóżko podwójne. W rzeczywistości w pokoju jest jedno łóżko podwójne i jedna rozkładana dwuosobowa sofa, ciasna i niewygodna, spanie na niej było koszmarne.
Po południu i wieczorem nie ma nikogo na recepcji. Ewentualne problemy można zgłosić... nie wiadomo komu.
Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, komfortowe pokoje oraz miłą obsługę. Śniadania są różnorodne, codziennie świeże pieczywo oraz często zmieniane menu. Przy hotelu usytuowana jest restauracja serwująca zawsze świeże i bardzo smaczne menu.
