Apartamentos Palacio de los Jerónimos

Los muebles de la cocina estaban deteriodados. Necesitan algo de mantenimiento

* in general the facilities in the apartment was really bad. To swop furnitures etc would upgrade the apartment so much and landlord would probably get so much more paid for it
* Beds was very uncomfortable. Worst ever experience! The double bed in romm no 1 was getting more and more uncomfortable for each day passing since we could feel the damper in the bed when moving around. Twin bed in room no 2 was not a real bed but a cot bed which is normally used as extra bed only. Our friend moved to hotel the 2nd night since the cot bed was so uncomfortable. First time ever we have experienced such a bad bed in any apartment
* New water heating system was really bad. The boiler was so small that warm water was used after total 15 min shower. Since we were 4 persons, we had less than 5 min each to shower which was not acceptable. It took almost 4 hours for the heater to warm up again. We had to plan our showers to different times during the day which was very uncomfortable
* We had heavy rain during our whole stay. Lack of downpipe in inner garden ceiling made huge volume of water in high speed pouring down during night. It was so noisy that we had difficulty to sleep
* 2 x lock to apartment was in really bad shape making it really difficult to open them. We had to try almost 5 min each time to open
* Poor kitchen facility, we missed cutting board and also cabinet moldings was falling off etc.

Hot water is a bit limited, so best to take short showers or wait a bit in between showers. We didn’t realise the washing machine consumes hot water too, so we didn’t have hot water to shower for a couple of hours.

The beds were very uncomfortable.
Access to the house was difficult and complicated
On the second day we woke up to no water in the house. The property manager was surprised. Later on he told us that he received a message about water cut off because of some repairs.
The water didn’t come out until later in the afternoon. Needless to say how disappointed we were about not being able to shower and use the bathroom that day.

I demand booking to reimburse me for that day.

Los colchones y las almohadas no eran de nuestro gusto, por lo que dormimos un poco incómodos, pero no quiere decir que estén mal.

Communication with host only through messages. You'll get VERY LONG written instructions for check-in. There are 4 gates / doors to be unlocked (with 3 different, very similar keys - could be colour marked for easier recognition) to get to appartment, so you really need to take your time to study the instructions. Would be so much nicer if the host was there to show us in.
Very difficult to understand how to set the shower - first you get cold water on your head, then a cold jet of water directly to your face. The temperature button fell down. Most uncomfortable showering ever.

Nos correspondió un apartamento diferente al contratado por algun error. Desconozco si el precio pagado era el mismo para el apartamento donde nos alojamos. En el lavabo se desprendia fácilmente el mango del flexo y no desaguaba bien el plato de ducha se encharcaba mucho. La iluminacion era escasa en la estancia. Se escucha por la noche el ruido de la nevera a escaso 1 metro del sofa cama.

El aspecto de suciedad general del apartamento, especialmente en baños y cocina.
