pas bien équipé: deux petites poeles vetustes, seulement 3 verres à vin (pour 4 personnes?), pas de casserole assez grande pour des simples pâtes, cumulus d’eau chaude trop petit pour 4 douches: il faut vraiment rester 2 mn max sinon l’eau chaude est épuisée.

Sin duda las camas. En la cama de matrimonio no caben dos personas adultas. Las camas individuales son de quita y pon, es decir, tanto la estructura como el colchón son mínimos. No se llega a dormir mal del todo pero no considero que sean camas acorde al nivel que pretende tener el apartamento.
Por otra parte, no sé cómo hacía tanta calor en el apartamento sin tener calefacción en marcha. Tuvimos que poner el aire acondicionado porque el calor era sofocante. Todavía no le he encontrado explicación a que en mitad de la noche el calor nos impidiera dormir.
Para calentar los baños y utilizar el secador hay que ir sin prisas.
No utilizamos la cocina, pero parece que tenía de todo, aunque los muebles de la cocina tenían un problema de acabado.

Logement un peu sombre, étant au rez-de-chaussée. La décoration pourrait rendre le logement encore plus charmant.

Die Unterkunft hat einen Tag vor der Anreise die seit 3 Monaten bestehende und eine Woche vor Anreise bezahlte Buchung storniert. Angeblich eine doppelte Vergabe durch Booking, Booking gab an, es wurde einfach von der Unterkunft abgesagt. Die Mail mit dem Storno von Booking hat uns 24 h vor check-in erreicht, und um die dort vorgeschlagene Alternativen zu buchen hatte wir nur 30 min Zeit. Das hatten wir natürlich verpasst da wir unterwegs waren. Jetzt mussten wir regulär ein anderes Apartment kurzfristig buchen und hoffen, dass Booking wie versprochen das ursprüngliche Apartment plus die Mehrkosten des neuen Apartments erstattet.

Los colchones son blandos, sobretodo el colchón del sofá cama es muy blando y la ropa de este es pequeña para el tamaño del sofa.Por lo demás es perfecto.

Bedjes mochten wat zachter en iets meer aankleding in huis.

Not a lot, really. Minor issue was no smart TV, so no Netflix or Prime. As a suggestion, very small additions would be helpful, like scissors, tea towels, and maybe mugs would be useful. No complaints, just ideas.

The location is good and the apartment itself is decent, but our overall experience was mixed.

Check-in was quite stressful. It took almost 30 minutes for someone to let us into the building. I tried calling all the numbers provided in the PDF instructions from the owner and on Booking.com but couldn’t reach anyone.

Once inside, the video explaining how to get from the elevator to the apartment wasn’t working. The key box video worked, but it showed a white background, so I spent about 10 minutes looking for a door with a white background — in reality, the key box has an orange background. A simple map or a clear written explanation (e.g. “opposite the elevator, back left corner”) would have made this much easier.

In the meantime, we were parked outside the apartment on the sidewalk as the owner said we should do that before getting the parking key from the apartment and stressed we'd get fined.

The whole time we got no replies from the owner. Only a WhatsApp AI chat bot and automated messages asking us to remember to take out the trash on the last night of our stay.

There are also a few maintenance issues that should be addressed:
The shower doesn’t drain properly and the bathroom floor floods after a few minutes - this makes showering very uncomfortable.
Hot water runs out quickly.
The toaster doesn’t work.
The kitchen knives are very dull.
No large tea cups and no sponge for washing dishes.

With clearer check-in instructions and some basic maintenance improvements, this could be a much better stay.
