Please note that only one dog is allowed per apartment. The property can only accept dogs weighing less than 10 kg and measuring up to 16 in from paws to shoulders, at a cost of BRL135.00 per night. In addition, a vaccination card must be presented upon arrival.

Melhor custo benefício em Gramado
Pros:

O diferencial desse hotel é a localização. Dá pra ir pro centro a pé. Sem contar o hotel que é super confortável, a cama ótima, o chuveiro excelente, o café da manhá uma delicia. Super recomendo para uma estadia tranquila e gostosa em Gramado. A única coisa que eu não sabia e que me surpreendi é que o estacionamento é pago à parte.

Pros:

Tudo muito confortável! O hotel lindo e limpo, calmo, com bastante opções para fazer e lugares para tirar boas fotos de recordação. Bastante facilidade para andar pela cidade, tudo perto.

Cons:

Cheguei após o horário que o quarto deveria estar pronto. A entrada era 14h, cheguei 17h e pouco e ainda tive que esperar. Também houve demora para a chegada de bagagens, eu tendo que ir buscar, porque falaram que levariam e não aconteceu.

Ao me hospedar não sabia que tinha uma diferença no tratamento dos hóspedes. Tipo classe A e B
Nos primeiros dias no quarto o chuveiro não esquentava e saia pouca água, mas logo a equipe arrumou.o aquecedor nos 2 primeiros dias falhou ,mas de resto tudo funcionou
Café da manhã, estrutura do hotel e localização são ótimos
E outro adendo nos deixaram usar o quarto até as 14:00 (agradeço muito)

Cons:

Tratamento diferente para os hóspedes da parte principal e dos apartamentos,chuveiro nos 2 primeiros dias não funcionou
