Please note that only one dog is allowed per apartment. The property can only accept dogs weighing less than 10 kg and measuring up to 16 in from paws to shoulders, at a cost of BRL135.00 per night. In addition, a vaccination card must be presented upon arrival.

We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers 24 hours, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Localização excelente, dá pra fazer muita coisa andando. Café da manhã muito bom e com algumas opções veganas :)

Cons:

Quando chegamos no quarta cama de solteiro para o terceiro hóspede não estava montada, mas o problema foi rapidamente resolvido pela equipe do hotel.

Excluindo este fato traumático e desagradável a estadia foi boa.
Cons:

Tive uma experiência desagradável no Wish Serrano Resort Gramado, quando chegamos no dia 23/12/25, deixei uma pashmina, presente de minha mãe, q já faleceu, sobre a cama, quando fomos jantar, e quando voltamos ela tinha desaparecido do local que estava, sobre a cama. Ou seja foi furtada. Liguei na recepção e a atendente ainda manifestou desconfiança sobre minha denúncia dizendo que deveria estar na minha mala.
Excluindo este fato traumático e desagradável a estadia foi boa.
