Please note that only one dog is allowed per apartment. The property can only accept dogs weighing less than 10 kg and measuring up to 16 in from paws to shoulders, at a cost of BRL135.00 per night. In addition, a vaccination card must be presented upon arrival.

We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers 24 hours, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Estadia muito ruim , usando oportunidades pra estar oferencendo vendas de planos ,também no estacionamento do carro bate

Somente o spa , mesmo tendo que pagar a parte a massagem relaxante , valeu a pena

Cons:

Primeiramente o quarto não era o qual tinha reservado , precisarei ficar em média de 40 minutos aguardando a nova acomodação e sem conta que o quarto que entramos primeiramente estava num odor ruim de comida

Não vale o custo.
Cons:

Banheiro com revestimento e rejunte velhos, sem calefação. O secador de cabelos desliga depois de um tempo e demora a voltar a funcionar. As televisões são antigas e não possuem smart tv nem possibilidade de acessar nenhum streaming.

Pros:

Das piores experiências da minha vida.
Em que pese possua boa estrutura, é difícil ver um sorriso no rosto dos funcionários.
Com exceção do Urso que fica na recepção e da Yasmin que nos recebeu no café da manhã com muita simpatia, fomos mal tratados desde o momento no qual estacionamos o carro.

No geral, os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e solícitos

Cons:

Paredes são de papel. Se escuta tudo nos outros quartos. Chuveiro não dá para quem tem mais de 1,80. Cobram 50 reais por dia de estacionamento (um abuso com diárias tão caras). Se quer tem carregador veicular. Ar condicionados apontados para a cama (não tem como deixar ligado para dormir). Para ser considerado um resort falta muita infra estrututa. Uma piscina aquecida (cidade típica de inverno) que cabe 10 pessoas para um hotel com 300 quartos.
