Please note that only one dog is allowed per apartment. The property can only accept dogs weighing less than 10 kg and measuring up to 16 in from paws to shoulders, at a cost of BRL135.00 per night. In addition, a vaccination card must be presented upon arrival.

Ótimo hotel
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, acesso a pé ao centro de Gramado, excelentes instalações de áreas comuns como piscina coberta e sauna. Ótimo café da manhã super farto.

Muito caro pra um quarto mofado!

Café da manhã excelente, muitas opções e tudo gostoso.
A comida do restaurante Forneria uma delícia e o atendimento também.
O outro restaurante não funcionou durante a nossa estadia.

O quarto é péssimo e fede mofo e a limpeza horrível!
O tamanho do quarto é bom, grande; tem closet. Mas é antigo! O mau cheiro de moto insuportável. Reclamei pedindo a troca, mas não me deram moral. A concierge queria mesmo era vende “experiências” de férias e eu não caio nisso. A janela do quarto estava imunda, cheia de teias de aranha. Lençóis porosos pq estão velhos. O ar condicionado velho e não ligava. Durante a estadia não limpavam o chão direito. O banheiro então: que nojo!
O tamanho bom, mas o chão estava podre, grosso de sujeira. O local do banho não lavaram por 7 dias, estava com cheiro horrível.

Excelente localização, excelente atendimento.
O restaurante maravilhoso Forneria maravilhoso, comida maravilhosa e atendimento excelente, café da manhã espetacular.

Cons:

Faltou um pouquinho de espaço no quarto.
Como era apenas uma noite, não tivemos problema.
