The flat was lovely and clean and comfortable.
It took us almost 3 hours to get access into the accommodation. I was told I would get an email the day before arrival to explain getting access. This email never came. I sent a message on the day but didn't get a reply. However I did get a phonecall to ask for an update on our arrival time. That is when we found there was noone to meet us. The shower is rather small.
Convenient location.
Pleasant view (although not a lake view as advertised).
Potentially a nice place but major issues were not addressed.
The property was not clean and very unhygienic. The used dishcloths/sponges were stored in the dustpan under the sink, next to kitchen utensils like the cheese grater, colander and bowls. The kitchen shelves and inside of the oven were stained. The freezer was completely frosted over and unusable. There were no bin liners in the kitchen or the bathroom, nor any toiletries.
Glass surfaces and windows were covered in hand and fingerprints.
The vacuum cleaner was stored in the bedroom wardrobe.
The WiFi was not working.
All this was raised with the management and nothing was rectified.

Location. Smart, clean, neat, modern little apartment.
Email with WiFi detail arrived day after us! No bin bags, couldn't find bin store, no hand towel or soap, broken window lock, soft old mattress. These few things should be easy to sort for 5* reviews!
Nice space with good facilities.
Both bedside lamps did not work.
Matress felt worn - soft, and springs could be felt. Not the most comfortable bed I'm afraid.
The kitchen and bathroom were clean .
The sheets and towels were good quality and really nice to use.
The area around the apartment is interesting and historical.
The property was advertised as having a spa bath although it had a walk in shower.! It was also advertised as having a lake view but actually overlooks the river.The mattress was uncomfortable.
The fan in the bathroom didn't work and there isn't a window in the bathroom ,this was an issue.
There were dirty marks on the carpet .
The most important is that there is no free parking and it costs £2 an hour if you drive into the complex and even though you're advised that there is 3 hour free parking, I still received a £60 PCN. There is also no suitable street parking either. This should have been clearly stated in the description.

Loved the views. Very quiet - I slept really well. Very clean and great communication with the host.
We were met at the property and the host was very helpful and informative.
The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. The weather was quite cold whilst we were there but the individual panel heaters worked really well and we only needed them on a low setting to keep everything warm and cosy.
The view (6th floor) was excellent and the whole surrounding development was well kept.
The lighting around the kitchen and dining table area could be a bit brighter for our tired old eyes! Otherwise everything else was really good.
Location was good, close to Saltaire and the train station.
The shower was tiny and the water pressure was terrible, although it was nice and hot.

Mattress could have been more comfortable. Just a shower no bath. It would have been good if the car parking had remained free as advertised and not the £5 per day.
Had everything you could need, clean and modern apartment.

The apartment was lovely. Clean, comfortable, well equipped and as described. Tea and coffee was provided (no milk) and two bottles of water in the fridge. The location was great for us. Car parking - You can park by the lodge for free whilst unloading (this is the car park you can't leave and re-enter). You then need to move to the multi-story or elsewhere. We didn't pre book and there were loads of spaces. We downloaded the app and paid each time we left which worked out at £5 a day. Much cheaper than others we've used and was secure. Communication was fantastic throughout. We really liked the guest book that was sent with lots of useful local information.
Not the hosts fault - some of the corridors didn't smell very pleasant. Plumbing made a noise when flushed but couldn't be heard in the bedroom so not disruptive.
Excellent facilities, like a home from home.
It's a shame there's no longer free parking for Vivo guests, but at £5 for the night it's not extortionate.

Great location. Comfortable home from home apartment. Well equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer.
Tea and coffee were provided which was a nice touch.
Parking was a bit complicated but we eventually managed to reserve a space online and it was right next door to the apartment.
The bathroom was well equipped but another shelf would be great. Plumbing was a bit loud too when you flushed the toilet.
Good location. Well equipped. Rooms were not too hot, particularly the bedroom, well controlled. Bedding was warm but not too hot.

Parking costs. But found spaces outside the complex for free.
