nice hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. All staff were excellent, everyone from reception team, cleaning team to the bar and restaurant staff. The hotel was busy due the national holidays, but the rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the food and drinks and appreciated the barman making a bespoke non alcoholic options for us.

Cons:

The pool facilities were a bit of a disappointment. The water temperature was around 25 degrees, which is fine if you want to exercise, but not warm enough to relax in the bubbles on the side of the pool. The tiny Jacuzzi was occupied the entire time we were there, so had no chance to try it. The saunas were also tiny and difficult to get a spot in. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was closed, as we went before the season opening.

Choć ogólnie pobyt w Toruniu uważam za udany, to oczekiwałam od hotelu czegoś więcej

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja. Parking przy hotelu. Przemiła obsługa. Smaczne śniadania. Bogata oferta produktów.

Cons:

Dbałość o czystość w pokojach. Przez cały pobyt (4 dni) pokój nie był sprzątany, poza wymianą ręczników. Śniadania przy dużej ilości gości to katastrofa. Brak wolnych stolików i zamieszanie. Talerze umiejscowione przy wejściu powodują że goście potykali się o siebie. Bardzo niewygodne łóżka. Ciężkie kołdry. Słabej jakości poduszki. Hotel nie jest tani, dlatego powinien zaoferować swoim gościom wyższy standard.

Nie widziałem niczego takiego nigdzie na świecie… bardzo tanio wykończone pokoje, ogólnie smierdzi kurzem. niesmaczne śniadania, niby wszystko jest ale niesmaczne. Nie polecam. Za tę cenę można poszukać czegoś lepszego. PRL

Zimna woda w basenie, sufit basenu mógłby być pomalowany w kolorach czerni, fioletu o grafitu z pomalowanymi gwiazdami, żeby nawiązywał do Kopernika. Również ściany basenu możnaby wystylizować pod dzieło Kopernika. Obiekt zyskałby dodatkowy charakter.
