Położenie hotelu super.Łatwy dojazd

Cons:

Poprosiliśmy o dodatkowe łóżko i łózko było ale jakby" polowe" ustawione w nogach łóżek nie wygodnie do korzystania z pokoju . Gdy zapytałysmy w recepcji czy takie jest standardowe dostawione ,panie powiedziały że tak ale jedna wykonała telefon i powiedziała że zaraz zmienią to łóżko na inne. To zupełnie inaczej wyglądało. Tak powinno być od początku skoro jest możliwość pokoju 3 osobowego

Alles perfekt mit Ausnahme der WLAN Konnektivität / Internet

Cons:

WLAN Konnektivität / Internet: Überraschenderweise unbrauchbar. Selbst kleine Uploads wie z.B. e-Mail mit Bildern brauchen ewig bzw. funktionieren gar nicht (time outs). Dies gilt ebenso für alle anderen einfachen Internet-Anwendungen wie z.B. Facebook, Whatsapp. Video-Konferenz-Tools wie z.B. MS Teams können unter diesen Umständen auch nicht betrieben werden. Es liegt eindeutig an der extrem kleinen Upload-Bandbreite (gemessen kleiner als 1 Mbit/sec). Also WLAN/Internet unbrauchbar. Wir haben das der Rezeption auch mitgeteilt.

Excellent location and very good hotel with comfortable rooms and good facilities.
Pros:

The hotel was really lovely exactly as described and the bedrooms were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff were polite and clear. The location was good only a short walk to the lovely old town.

Cons:

The staff were polite, but did not go out of their way to be helpful, in that we were not explained all the options for food in the evening, but shown straight into a very smart restaurant, when what we needed was very quick and easy food due to travelling etc. There was actually a bar with a menu that covered this option, which we did find (after having to rather embarrassingly walk out of the restaurant!). Other than that it was a great stay.
