According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. Hotel com instalações mais antigas, porém, apesar de não ser novo ou ter passado por recente reforma, o quarto é muito bom. A cama é confortável. Tem room service com preços acessíveis. Tem garagem gratuita. Café da manhã com variedades. Excelente custo benefício.

Solictei um colchão extra no quarto e recebi a resposta positiva. Quando cheguei no hotel não tinha e a recepcionista ainda foi bastante grosseira.

Banheiro com um problema no vaso. Mas, coisa fácil de corrigir Poderia ter algum abastecimento no frigobar...alguns colocam e deixam o Pix para pagamento

Luzes queimadas, o único controle era o da tv e estava avariado; controlos ar não tinha. Reclamei na recepção mas disseram que era somente com proprietário embora tivesse reservado pelo booking. Experiência horrível
