All group bookings (6 guests/2 rooms or more) must be booked directly with us, we will then work with you to find the best accommodations to suit your group and plans.
Group bookings absolutely must be pre arranged, otherwise we will not facilitate group experiences.
Non pre- arranged groups may not congregate in rooms as to avoid disturbance to other guests.
Any group bookings made without our knowing may have their booking canceled if we fear it may cause disturbance to other guests or day to day running of Outbuildings.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Helpful staff. Clean and cozy accommodation. Fun cinema experience in the barn. Our room (The Stye) was good for self-catering but good restaurant on site to dine out if desire. Peaceful and relaxing.
Might have missed it, but guide to local walks or footpaths in the welcome information would have been helpful. Immediately lost the trail we were taking, which seemed to disappear and had to turn back as no signposts once off site.
The property was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything was well maintained, and my two-night stay was very comfortable
I really like the rustic look of the property and the quirky vibe it gives off.
Unbelievably well appointed. Someone has appointed it superbly with great modern conveniences in a stylish sympathetic to its environmental surroundings.

Everything!! The setting, the rooms, the amazing restaurant and bar, the staff and the owners who were very friendly, Honestly just an amazing place, we will definitely be back
The place is truly modern, but with that organic, natural vibe without being overly green. The staff is wonderful, friendly and really helpful, the food is really, really good. The location is perfect for trips around Dorset. We shall go again when in the neighbourhood.
If the menu was just a touch more extensive, I could stay there for a week. The beds could be a bigger size. I liked all of the rest.
We stayed here for our anniversary 2nd wedding Anniversary. The venue and room was absolutely stunning. We stayed in the coop which was perfect in every way. The staff were incredible and there to help with anything. All of them were Very kind and lovely. This place is one of a kind.
There was absolutely nothing we didn't like. We are 100% coming back.
