Double booked and nothing like the pictures

Arrived on the first night with no directions or idea of where to go, we finally figured out with the help of other guests that we needed to pick keys up from a hotel on another street. We were met by a guy and told to wait outside then he took us to another hotel as they had double booked. The room was tiny and nothing like we had booked. When asked the guy was pretty rude and just left us. We booked an apartment for a reason and felt short changed. When we got to the apartment the second night it was nothing like the pictures, many attachments in bathroom falling off a kettle that was broken and wouldn't stop boiling and no water provided. Just look at the Google reviews and avoid this place

Me gustó el apartamento por dentro, la cama cómoda, bien que tenía aire acondicionado y su propia cocinita. Papel higiénico solo había un rollo y por supuesto no fue suficiente para la estadía.

Cons:

La ubicación. El barrio o al menos esa calle donde está el apartamento, para llegar a esa zona teníamos que caminar. Por ejemplo desde el aeropuerto de SAW tomamos un metro y luego un ferri, luego caminamos por 25 minutos hasta el lugar porque ningún transporte nos dejaba tan cerca, por suerte no íbamos cargados.

Llegábamos al alojamiento, y como veíamos que era de noche no salíamos porque no nos daba seguridad la zona, lugar de mucha basura alrededor, una persona durmiendo en la calle de la vuelta. Teníamos planeado salir a caminar por la noche pero observando la zona no lo hicimos.

Cons:

Room service came once the entire stay and folded our towels back. And did not change any sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels. ANYTHING. the chargers were broken and the kettle didn’t work

Posizione centrale, molto buona

Cons:

Struttura diversa dalle foto, la porta era scardinata, poteva aprirsi con una spallata senza chiave.
Non era specificato che nella quadrupla i due letti singoli erano uno un divano letto ed uno un letto molto piccolo con le ruote
