Overall stay was devastating. No water was offered , they charge alot and gave nothing in return
Pros:

Nothing like about the property. It was so bad , everything was broken
They were not ready to give even a water bottle

Cons:

Everything was bad , washroom seat was broken , bed was broken and also we paid for three bed as we werr 3 people but they gave a half sofa for one person to sleep

Cons:

Tesise geç saatte ulaştık ancak resepsiyonda görevli personelin son derece ilgisiz, uyuşuk ve saygısız tavırlarıyla karşılaştık. Check-in işlemi gereksiz yere uzun sürdü ve bize hiçbir bilgilendirme yapılmadı.

Odamızın otelin bulunduğu sokağın en sonunda olduğunu söyleyerek, herhangi bir yönlendirme ya da eşlik etmeden “hadi hadi” şeklinde aceleci ve kaba bir tavırla bizi başından savdı. Odamıza kadar götürmek yerine, kapıda bırakıp yukarı çıkmamızı söyledi.

Odaya ulaştığımızda ise ciddi sorunlarla karşılaştık. Yatak kırık durumdaydı ve iki kişi için kullanımı oldukça zordu. Ayrıca abajurlar da hasarlıydı.

Bu deneyim, hem konaklama kalitesi hem de güvenlik açısından ciddi soru işaretleri yaratmıştır. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.



We arrived at the property late at night, only to be met with an extremely unprofessional receptionist. The staff member appeared sluggish, uninterested, and displayed a disrespectful attitude. The check-in process took unnecessarily long, and we were not given any information about the property.

We were told that our room was located at the end of the street, but instead of being properly guided or accompanied, we were rushed with a dismissive “hurry up” attitude. The receptionist did not escort us to the room and simply left us at the entrance, telling us to go upstairs on our own.

When we finally reached the room, we encountered several issues. The bed was broken, making it very uncomfortable and difficult for two people to use. Additionally, the bedside lamps were also damaged.

Overall, this experience raised serious concerns regarding both the quality and safety of the property. I would strongly not recommend staying here.

Nous recommandons ce logement (pour une courte durée, hors hiver).
Pros:

La situation géographique était très appréciable, proche de la tour Galata, proche des quartiers dynamiques de la ville. Nous étions dans l'appartement avec vue , qui était en effet très belle (une vue sur les sites emblématiques de la ville, de nombreuses mosquées et sur l'une des côtes de la ville).
L'accès à l'apparement est simple, le gestionnaire envoie un message en renseignant une adresse proche de l'appartement pour aller chercher les clés et vous conduit directement à l'appartement.
Le/la Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien.
Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement en mars, il faisait froid et gris. Malgré les fenêtres qui n'isolent ni du froid ni du bruit, le chauffage (qui fait également climatisation) fonctionne très bien et réchauffe l'appartement en peu de temps.

Cons:

La clé n'ouvrait pas la serrure de l'immeuble, nous avons dû "bloquer" le verouillage de la porte de l'immeuble avec un mouchoir pour ne pas être bloqué dehors.
Les fenêtres de l'appartement ne sont pas du tout hermétiques (beaucoup de trou entre les fenêtre et les murs).
Il y avait un trou dans le sommier du lit, ce qui rendait le sommeil assez inconfortable.
Les ustensiles pour faire la cuisine sont très minimes (pas de passoire, 2 plaques chauffantes qui fonctionnent à moitié, etc.). Cet appartement est surtout conçu pour ne pas y rester la journée (ce qui n'est pas forcément dérangeant vu la diversité de l'offre dans la ville).

Pros:

Расположение удобное - основной плюс. Были в поисках ресепшена, т.к. у нас апартаменты (в другом здании).
Персонал приятный, но обращаться по каким-то вопросам, идя в другое здание не хотелось. Шампуня/геля для душа не было. Уточняйте у персонала или берите с собой.
Номер уже подустал, на фотках он "свежее", было прохладно в комнате(февраль месяц), но был и кондиционер на обогрев.
Небольшая кухня.
В целом для непритязательных туристов.

Cons:

Пришлось поискать ресепшн, т.к. он в другом здании. Будьте внимательны к сообщениям от объекта размещения, это упростит ваши поиски. В Стамбуле пару раз сталкивались с такими поисками.

Отличное место по соотношению цена- качество- местоположение. Неплохо было бы все таки иметь пульт от кондиционера .
Pros:

Расположение очень удобное - рядом с Галатской башней и остановкой метро, недалеко до Галатского моста и трамвайной остановки. В комнате есть все необходимое : микроволновка, посуда, электроплитка . Персонал откликался на все просьбы по вотсапу.

Cons:

По приезду выпал снег и в комнате было оч холодно - видимо оч долго проветривали комнату. Отопление оч слабое. Кондиционер на тепло включить не получилось так как не не смогли найти пульт. Первый день оч мерзли но на след день потеплело и все стало отлично.
Не всегда убирали мусор но по первому напоминанию все замечания сразу же исправляли

În general, plăcută a fost șederea
Pros:

Apartamentul coincide in realitate cu pozele, facilitățile au fost toate functionabile, și aerul condiționat a făcut minuni. Apartamentul se află lângă o moschee, care face câte 5 rugăciuni pe zi, inclusiv și la 5:10 dimineața😄, doar prima zi ne-am trezit, după ne-am obișnuit (posibil și de la oboseală)😅
Foarte aproape de Galata Tower, dar apartamentul se află într-o zonă mai “ne aestetică” adică, în piața de lustre, noaptea poate fi mai periculos puțin pentru o domnișoară singură spre exemplu.

Cons:

Canapeaua albă era cu defect, unul din picioare s-a rupt, am dus la cunoștință proprietarul, iar el a rezolvat “superficial” problema că doar m-am atins de pat și iarăși a căzut😂
