Pros:

Дуже приємний персонал, всі дуже старались. Смачна кухня, сніданок 100 з 10. Дуже привітні працівники, номер гарний, красиво стилізований. Місце дуже близько до площі султанахмет та блакиної мечеті, до гранд базару.

Cons:

В номнрі були відсутні рушники, фен, нааолочки на подушках. Тримачі для штор ледь тримались за стіну, лише одна чашка на 4 людини, була перегорівша лампочка та зламаний душ. Обіцяли випрпвити, але за кілька днів так ніхто й не виправив, а ще в єдиній чашці лежала пожована жуйка. Дуже засмктило відношення саме жінки, яка прибирала номери. Але всі інші люди дуже старались справити приємне враження і у них це вийшло дуже добре.

Bien situada y barrio con servicios cercanos como tiendas y restaurantes
Pros:

Me gustó la localización, está muy bien situado y comunicado.

Cons:

Deben de cambiar y reparar cosas en las habitaciones, deberían de invertir está deteriorado algunos enseres de los baños, necesita un buen repaso y mantenimiento

Recomendable por la buena ubicación y disposición del personal
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena a 7 min andando desde la Mezquita Sultanhamet, y el chico de recepción muy amable, tienes supermercado al lado y restaurantes cerca.

Cons:

Por poner un pero que no tiene ascensor pero te ayuda a subir las maletas,

Cons:

1. The room is not noise-isolated as advertised. You could hear all vehicles passing by and the constant honking (especially during rush hour). You could also hear loud people on the street.
2. NO HELP you can get. This is not a hotel, and there is NO Front Desk. You can only communicate with the owner through WhatsApp, and she is not always available.
3. The shower in the washroom is broken, and mould is building up. The towels provided are old and dirty. It's like it was used to mop the floor. Overall, the shower room (CR) is too dark with broken lights.
4. No help to bring in and out our luggage. Imagine the stairs are too narrow, and this is not an ideal place for a family.
5. The neighbourhood is a tourist trap. Never buy anything from the restaurant or stores when the prices are MARKED IN PEN, because they constantly mark up the price 3x-4x of the local rate.
6. The living room is just okay. The small TV is like the monitor from the early 2000's. You can only watch local TV programs.
7. There is no iron board/smoothing for your clothes.
8. If you have a family or a bad knee, this place will be your vacation nightmare.

Pros:

Отель находится в шикарном месте, рядом с площадью « СултанАхмет». На самой улочке есть все что угодно . Сам отель очень милый, номер был чистый , кровать очень удобная, мы отдыхали с ребенком ,и в нашем номере была детская кроватка . Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. В низу есть прекрасный ресторан , очень уютный , красивый и с вкусными блюдами. Нам очень понравилось.

Небольшой отель с удобным расположением в пешей доступности от Дворца Топкапы. К отелю может легко подъехать такси, пробок на подъезде замечено не было. Рядом магазины, кафе, бары, во дворе отеля расположен отличный уютный ресторан. Вечером с улицы слышна активная жизнь города, но к ночи все стало тихо.
У нас был суперлюкс с видом на улицу на четверых с двумя комнатами. Номер скромный, но в целом все есть. Постель (матрасы, подушки, одеяла) на удивление были очень комфортными, просто идеальные - выспались все!
В номере достаточное количество полоденец, фен, косметические принадлежности. Кондиционеры работали исправно. В номере довольно чисто.
Персонала в отеле как такового не было - хозяйка была на связи по телефону, но свои просьбы и пожелания можно было ей сообщить и, думаю, быстро решить. В любом случае сотрудники ресторана внизу нам помогали решить наши небольшие вопросы - спасибо им за это))
Учитывая стоимость отеля - номер просто отличный.

Cons:

Не хватало освещения - темно было во всех помещениях. Некоторые лампы даже просто не работали.
В ванной комнате не хватало крючков или мест, куда можно повесить полотенце или одежду. Нас было четверо, и это создавало проблему. Полотенцесушитель не работал, был холодный - полотенца не сохли на нем.
Также было всего две чашки - просили в ресторане стаканы, чтобы пить воду или чай.

Incendio por malas instalaciones

Estaba cerca de la zona centro, las camas son cómodas

Cons:

El primer día al enchufar un secador del alojamiento sin encenderlo salió ardiendo, se formó un incendio considerable. Esa misma noche dormimos hacinadas en una única habitación ya que estaba todo lleno de humo y cenizas. No nos dieron opción de otra habitación ni nos han recompensado de ninguna manera, a pesar de reclamar a través de booking. Cuando se enciende la vitroceramica y la tetera, la luz disminuye considerablemente. El grifo del fregadero pierde agua cada vez que se usa. Las instalaciones están totalmente anticuadas.

Pros:

We stayed at Olive Garden in October, and it was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The hotel owner and staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. All the main attractions are within a 10–15 minute walk, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. We truly loved our stay — highly recommended! 🌿✨

La ubicación a escasos minutos del centro , Mezquita Azul y Sta Sophia. Palacio Tolpaky y cisterna de la Basílica .

Bastante bien, pero hay cosas a tener en cuenta
Pros:

Estancias bastante espaciosas, y servicio muy amable. Especial mención al camarero, Mehmed. La ubicación era muy buena en cuanto a distancia respecto a la plaza Sultanahmet, pero quedaba justo en la zona de abajo y, para llegar, había que superar grandes cuestas (lo entiendo, aunque es algo a considerar según cada persona). Algunos apartamentos se veían recién renovados. Sitios para comer cercanos, muchos servicios útiles alrededor

Cons:

Estuvimos alojados en dos periodos separados, de 2 noches cada uno, con dos apartamentos en cada una. En la primera estancia, uno de los apartamentos tenía la ducha defectuosa y los dos apartamento, una bañera bastante alta para entrar que dificultaba el baño. El aislamiento del sonido de la calle era insuficiente. El secador en uno de los baños de la segunda estancia estaba roto, y en el otro baño no había directamente. Poca luz en los baños.
