Kettle was not working then oven was not working. And we got a wrong unit in 4th floor no elevator which they changed it next day.

Titel: Enttäuschende Erfahrung in Istanbul

Bei meiner kürzlichen Reise nach Istanbul buchte ich ein Zimmer über Expedia, erwartend, dass die Unterkunft meinen Standards entsprechen würde. Leider war das Gegenteil der Fall. Das erste Zimmer, das mir zugewiesen wurde, war eine herbe Enttäuschung. Es roch stark und unangenehm nach Schimmel, was nicht nur unerträglich war, sondern auch Bedenken hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit und Hygiene aufwarf.

Zudem wurde auf der Website behauptet, dass das Zimmer neu sei, was eindeutig nicht der Fall war. Nachdem ich mich beschwerte, wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen. Obwohl dieses Zimmer keinen Schimmelgeruch aufwies, war es nur eine geringfügige Verbesserung. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt weit entfernt von dem, was ich erwartet hatte, und hat meinen Gesamteindruck von Istanbul beeinträchtigt.

Ich rate anderen Reisenden zur Vorsicht bei der Buchung über Expedia und empfehle, Bewertungen sorgfältig zu lesen und vielleicht sogar die Unterkunft vor der Buchung zu kontaktieren, um Enttäuschungen wie diese zu vermeiden.

Pros:

The worst experience and spoil my time. My flight arrived late we try to find the place or call no possible I even try the next day no no one ça take my call and I have one more time. I’m single woman with two kids , I have to find another room and I can’t BBC get refund

Located in the heart of galata and lovely cozy rooms only walking distance to galata tower and istiklal sreet
The owners helped us in every way that they can so we would not have a better guide
Cleaning was super they asked us to change towels everyday
