chambre 302: le jaccuzi très sale, le ménage de la salle de bain n’était pas fait, les rideaux qui pendaient et pas fixé, la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain cassé, le sol n’était pas fait, coupure électrique à l’hôtel

Big room size, openable windows, spa bath, location.

Cons:

Previously there were water, coffee, sugar in the room, this time I had to request for it, also on one of the room, the room service/cleaner tried to come in to my room even though they door was locked and key was attached. It was made aware to the manager/owner.

There was nothing to like about the property,unkempt and unsafe environment. Mosquitoes all over the place and there was no staff to attend to us.

Cons:

The property is unsafe and unhygienic,very bad for any decent client and didn’t match the price they charged.

Pros:

Locatie foarte bine pozitionata in inima Istambulului, pe stradute pline de viata cu restaurante de tot felul, cafenele, activitate de zi si noapte, atmosfera minunata. Aproape de zonele de bazar de mirodenii si stradutele comerciale care duc la marele bazar. Camerele imense, cu jacuzii in camera, moderne ca design. Personal foarte amabil, omenosi, oameni buni, modesti, primitori, saritori. Wifi de buna calitate.

m-a deranjat putin senzatia de nesecuritate, venit din faptul ca nu aveam o yala potrivita pentru camera, si din faptul ca nu am putut folosi nici seiful care nu avea indicatii de folosire si avea usa incuiata si desi am intrebat de el, cred ca lipsa cunostintelor mai profunde de limba engleza, i-au facut pe proprietari doar sa zambeasca nu sa-mi dea si o solutie. curatenia, asa ca la turci, deci nimioc sub asteptari dar nici ceva placut surprinzator.

Do not book, fake pjhotos and dirty rooms

The room is not even close as it is in the pictures. Room was dirty, furniture damaged, shower dirty and damaged, even thr toilet ... No hand soap, left over shower gel ...
We had to change hotel, we cpuld not stay there...
