Családias vendéglátás!
Pros:

Szép tiszta a szállás a személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész. Nem szálloda és nem is apartman jellegű hanem olyan mint egy család.
Nagyon szépen köszönjük a szeretetteljes,segítőkész családias vendéglátast. Ha legközelebb Isztambulba látogatunk 100% hogy a Güven Hause Istanbult választjuk megint. Remek el helyezkedés szó szerint maximum 15-20 perc sétával minden látnivaló elérhető. Nagyon finom és bőséges a reggeli is. ❤️🇹🇷Köszönünk mindent🇹🇷❤️

Cons:

Quizás se escuchaba el rezo de las 6:00 am muy cerca y te despertaba cada día. Si no tienes despertador es ideal.. pero es normal estamos en un lugar de culto.
Y lo otro es que no sé por qué motivo se filtraba olor a tabaco por la puerta de la entrada.

The proposed room was in the under groud without a window, the window was facing a wall at the underground, since we have rejected it, they have changed it with one at the floor level with the same window and added 10USD per night.

Everything was perfect. I was even given a free upgrade to a better room. The location is excellent, but most of all, I would like to highlight the outstanding care and attention from both the staff and the apartment owners.

Calidad precio genial.
Pros:

El personal atento en todo. Nosotros, familia de cinco, usamos el alojamiento sólo para dormir pero genial, había una pequeña cocina pero no la usamos. Las camas comodas y limpias, aire acondicionado en las dos estancias, toallas, secador de pelo...no faltaba nada. Ubicación fantástica, está a nada del tranvía y de la Mezquita Azul, aunque subiendo una cuesta bastante pronunciada. Volveríamos.
