Personne très à l'écoute nous aide si besoin et surtout merci à Ulaş Yildizbaş pour nous avoir aider à retrouver le téléphone de ma fille qu'on avait perdu

The apartment is very well located, close to major attractions such as the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. The staff are extremely kind, always attentive and ready to help. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Proximité des lieux à visiter personnel, gentil et souriant

Cons:

Manque de vaisselle toilettes pas suffisamment scellé je pense qu’Internet c’est général mais ça a été très difficile d’arriver à se connecter et j’aurais aimé savoir qu’il y avait autant d’escalier à monter pour accéder à notre chambre au deuxième étage car c’était escalier en colimaçon et pend dessus. Donc moi qui ai des problèmes de genou, j’aurais aimé savoir sinon pour quelqu’un de valide c’est très bien.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement confortable malgré une propreté perfectible.
Pros:

L’établissement est très bien placé, proche des transports, des lieux touristiques du côté européen et des commerces. L’appartement est confortable, spacieux et avec une connexion Wi-Fi irréprochable. Le personnel de l’hôtel a toujours été très à l’écoute de nos demandes et s’est toujours montré très disponible.

L’appartement était un peu sale quand nous sommes arrivés.
