The apartment with huge amount of bed bugs.
Pros:

The area was nice.

Cons:

We were all badly bitten by bed bugs, and some of them even got into our suitcases and were brought home with us, which was extremely upsetting. The number of bed bugs in this apartment was unbelievably high.

The apartment was on the third floor and there was no elevator so we had problems carrying the bags

A lovely apartment in walking distance to some attractions and lovely back streets with nice cafes and small restaurants

The location. It was near / walking distance to some nice cafes and small restaurants.

Cons:

We were on the third floor so a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, though we did need the exercise after eating so much delicious Turkish food. 😁
Tahir kindly helped with getting a suitcase up for us.

A wonderful stay!
Pros:

The host was extremely prompt and helpful, responding quickly to all our requests. This was a huge plus for spending a few unforgettable days in Vefa, the most picturesque area of the European side of Istanbul. Being so close to the famous Vefa Bozacisi was a fantastic bonus and made our experience even more authentic.
