Don't believe the fake reviews
Pros:

Excellent location as there are lot of eateries around and the vibe in the evening is amazing. Very close to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi etc too.

Cons:

We were utterly disappointed with the room which was smelling so musky. There was even some dampness on the walls. The main light in the room was not working but they didn't offer an alternate room to us and just asked us to adjust. No such courtesy on their part. The room did not have the vibe that appears in the photos. Most importantly, the managers were so inhospitable that they have no business being in the hospitality business. We did not find any value for the amount we paid.

We were leaving with our bags and asked if we could use a toilet and they just said they don't have a common toilet. I'm pretty sure it's possible to help a guest but showing them to another toilet but they couldn't be bothered. We had a bottle to throw and asked if we could throw it in a trash can and he just directed us to a trash can outside on the street. There was just one kind man on the property but dealing with everyone else was a pathetic experience. Please avoid.

Plenty of restaurants around the area. The owner was very friendly, welcome us with tea everyday. Basic room come with cleaning sheets and towels.

Buona la posizione e molto cordiale e disponibile il proprietario. Camere spaziose.

Cons:

Mancanza di mobili dove appoggiare qualcosa (nemmeno una sedia); stanze con cattiva illuminazione. Ci é stato venduto come appartamento ma in realtà erano 2 camere e un bagno con frighetto e bollitore (TV, frigo e bollitore dovevano condividere una sola presa di corrente). Bagno con illuminazione pessima. L'unica luce presente (quella dietro lo specchio era già morta al nostro arrivo) sembrava lo strobo di una discoteca. Lo abbiamo fatto presente al proprietario, il quale ha detto che avrebbe fatto arrivare il tecnico....mai visto.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable for our family. It was within 5 minutes of the train station and right in the heart of the Old Town of Istanbul. You could easily walk to all the tourist attractions permanently. Absolutely loved our stay. Very friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, always making us feel at home. The accommodation was spotless and very well maintained, and the location was excellent, making everything easily accessible.
From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed with tea and baklava, which was a lovely touch. Even more impressive, every time we left or returned to the hotel, we were offered tea again. Such thoughtful hospitality truly made our experience special.
We will definitely visit again in the future and highly recommend this place.
