Everything was great and the hosts were super nice
Conveniently located in the heart of city, minutes away by walk form all nearby attractions. The hosts/owner of the hotel are really friendly and hospitable. You will always be greeted with a big smile and complimentary tea and baklava. The rooms are cleaned everyday and while we were out exploring, they will make sure to clean and get them ready before we return. The price is very reasonable as well, we wanted to extend our stay for a night and they charged us the same amount we booked in advance for despite the website showing significantly higher rate. Highly recommended if you’re looking a home away from home :) Oh also, did I forget the discount they gave us on Sheesha? Just for 500 Turkish lira. We will defiantly be coming back.

La cama era muy incómoda, y tenía una pata rota. La regadera de la ducha no tenía soporte en la pared.
El alojamiento estaba muy bien, buenísima relación calidad-precio. El personal super amable, siempre preocupado de si necesitábamos algo. Nos ayudaba en todo lo que podía. Sin duda repetiría. Todo limpio, cuidado y en muy buena zona.

El detalle de bienvenida con té y dulce incluido. Pudimos dejar las maletas temprano antes de poder hacer el check-in. El hombre que nos atendió, aunque no hablaba inglés, fue muy atento y amable en todo momento. Muy buena relación caída-precio.
Desde la calle parece una tienda y que esa no es la entrada, pero las habitaciones están muy bien.
Lo mejor del alojamiento es el personal.

Nos invitaban a té y a dulces cada noche, su amabilidad era maravillosa.

La struttura e' rifatta da poco. I letti sono molto comodi, il bagno nuovo e la doccia e' fantastica. Il rapporto qualita prezzo ottimo. I fratelli che la gestiscono sono molto gentili e disponibili
La nostra camera includeva un piccolo angolo cucina con frigo e lavabo con bollitore senza angolo cottura e una seconda camera piu un terrazzo x entrambe le camere.
Tutte le mattine la stanza viene rifatta e cambiati gli asciugamani. Non si sentono i rumori di strada, solo gabbiani e gatti ma e' il suo bello. Il quartiere Kumkapi e' collgato molto bene, con una stazione T6 del treno a 2 passi. In 15 minuti di camminata tranquilla sei alla Moschea blu. La reception e' aperta h24
Solo alcuni suggerimenti: una lampada al comodino, qualche appoggio nel bagno.
La colazione a volte si puo' fare direttamente nel caffe', a volte non c'e nessuno ma si puo' fare comodamente nella struttura davanti perche sono collegati (colazione con ricco buffet a 10 euro). Va rivista la luce nel bagno che lampeggia e messo a disposizione qualche piatto e qualche posata.

Problem się pojawiał jak czegoś brakowało np papier toaletowy-przecież był
wymiana ręczników po 3 dniach-przecież były itd.
Jak poprosiłem o kilka torebek herbaty,pan stwierdził że po jednej na osobę było, a teraz trzeba kupić herbatę w barze.W końcu dał nam 4 torebki na 4 osoby. Mało spotykane zachowanie jak na stambulskie realia,a nie był to nasz pierwszy raz.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Es wurde täglich gereinigt.
They provided towels and toiletteries.
The place is clean.
The two man at the reception are very polite and offered us free tea many times, aleays with a big smile. They run the cafeteria at ground floor.
We travel a lot and I rarely give bad review. But the owner of this motel really surprised us with his nasty attitude. We booked one appartment that should have 2 bedrooms, chicinette, city view and balcony, then we also booked one appartment with garden view and a double room. Totally 4 rooms to fit my group.
When we arrived he presented us one double, one triple and one cvadruple room. No chicinettte, no balcony, no wall soundproofing, no garden as promised in the reservation, no two room appartment, only simple rooms. I attached a picture with how the view actually is from our windows.
I explained that we booked something different, the owner insisted to accept these rooms or leave. He said he understands what I said and I am creating problems where actually there is no problem. I ploitely inisited that we booked something else for my group, he said he understands and we are free to go and find another place to stay if we dont like what he has in that moment.
He showed us a room with leaking ceiling what supposed to be the appartment with two bedrooms: a triple room with one of the beds behind a door.
I was very dissapointed by his attitude and we felt scammed. He said we booked for a cheap price and we better accept the three rooms instrad of the appartments suggesting we'll have a lot of hassle finding something else. Now I feel he took advantage of us being tired and arrivind at a later hour.
He presented his property very optimistic in booking.com making us reserve some options while the reality when we arrived was totally different and less comfortable. Not to mention we payed more for what we got. If i knew, i would reserve somewhere else, there are plenty of hotels in the area within the same price range.
The rooms themself were not very bad except some broken shower holders and noisy doors. In one room there were some seed shells on the floor.
Everything here is new and clean, the brother at the front desk also very kind and friendly. The room perfect with the price you pay for. If you are searching for hotel in Sultan Ahmet area this would be one of the good choices to make since the price are affordable and the hotel is great.
Las camas eras muy cómodas y el trato fue increíble. Muy amables y serviciales en todo momento.
Nos ofrecían té y Baklavas todas las mañanas y tardes cuando volvíamos al alojamento. La atención ha sido siempre excepcional. Recomiendo mucho este alojamiento, por su servicio, ubicación y calidad-precio.
Lo mejor fue el trato que recibimos desde el primer momento. Fueron muy amables y nos ofrecieron té y dulces típicos de Turquía nada más llegar. Ellos mismos nos reservaron varios taxis para ir y volver del aeropuerto y nos ofrecieron paraguas para todos cuando llovía. Las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas, camas cómodas y muy buena ubicación. Supermercados, monumentos y restaurantes muy cerca. Ofrecen champú, gel y acondicionador y hacen las camas cada noche. En resumen, gente muy cercana y atenta y un lugar muy agradable para alojarse.
