Pros:

Очень классная квартирка, супер ремонт, чистота и все фундаментально. Место расположения отличное, все близко. Удобно ставить машину внутри двора.

Все хорошо. Проживать можно.
Pros:

Расположение. Чистота. Все было для проживания из приборов и бытовых вещей.

Cons:

Можно добавить крючков для полотенец в ванную комнату. Так же можно было бы это сделать и в прихожей. И была странно настроена одна шторка для окна, она вдруг сама вечером закрылась и и утром вдруг сама автоматически открылась.

Pros:

Номер под крышей, что делает его особенно уютным- просторный, чистый и светлый. Видно, что не так давно сделан ремонт, качественная отделка и мебель. В апартаментах была кухня и все необходимое, чтобы остаться. Закрытый двор для машины.
