Disappointing
Pros:

The room was spacious and the host was supportive. Its location is good. The beach is within walking distance from the building.

Cons:

The thing that worried us most was the status of the whole building in which the room is located. It seemed not ready for occupation (construction work was not completed 100%,) especially the parking basement. The basement seemed unfinished. It was dark, with many large columns, narrow ramps making parking difficult.
