Pros:

O hotel é bom e muito bem localizado. Os quartos são arejados, cama confortável, roupas de cama e toalhas em bom estado, ducha excelente. O café da manhã é bom, porém achei o espaço um pouco apertado, com as pessoas circulando muito para se servirem, mas tem boa variedade de itens.

Acho que pode ser melhorado o espaço do café da manhã.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Localização, conforto, limpeza e atendimento excelentes.

Limpeza, conforto e o atendimento no geral. O café da manhã dispõe de uma variedade enorme.

Cons:

O que me incomodou um pouco foi o barulho tanto dos hóspedes nos corredores dos quartos quanto das camareiras. Pra quem gosta de dormir até um pouquinho mais tarde é completamente impossível! Acho que seria interessante o hotel dispor de placas sinalizadoras de silêncio ao longo dos corredores (no caso dos hóspedes) e uma orientação melhor às camareiras para evitar ruídos excessivos nos mesmos.
