Quiet retreat
Pros:

The is situated in a quiet park on the outskirts of Faversham and you could park your car next to the cottage rooms. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The bed was very saggy and very creaky. We woke up whenever one of us turned over. In addition there were some type of animal running around on the roof/in the roofspace during the night that disturbed us too.

Great stay and vicky is fabulous!!
Pros:

Was brilliant quality for money and the location was gorgeous. However the best part was the staff. The receptionist Vicky was such a treat. So friendly, funny and great attention to detail. Having done 20 years in customer service myself, staff luke vicky and bar tender connor make the difference. I will be up for work throughout the year and will definately be staying again.

Cons:

My one complaint was i had black mould above my shower and throughout the bathroom. I didnt ask to move as was fully booked but next stay, a free breakfast or discount wouldnt go amiss. Room 45 and photo evidence.

Pros:

Staff were great, the room was comfortable,clean, and cosy. There was a great shower and a bath which was unexpected.The wi-fi was excellent,parking was included.Our breakfast was very nice and we had a lovely time.The hotel is a great base for exploring the local area and only 5 minutes from Faversham. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

The only niggle we had was a tiny kettle with a lead that was so short it didn't reach a plug socket unless you put it on the floor!

Ok but not value for money. Travelodge would’ve been cheaper and probably cleaner

Neighbouring en suite very noisy, bathroom had terrible smell of stale urine and lots of dust! While we were out someone came in and pulled the sheets up on the bed and emptied the bin but dirty cups and glasses left, same ones for a 2 night stay. Needs some updating!

An unexpected treat in Faversham
Pros:

I loved the breakfast it was very tasty and there was lots of choice. I stayed recently in a posh Hilton Hotel in London and preferred the breakfast here. Good value if you booked in advance. The location was really good, was great waking up and seeing sheep opposite from where we were staying. It was close to the centre of Faversham too. All the staff we met were super friendly to us. I like the fact we had a little lounge in our room, which was a great treat and unexpected for a hotel type stay.
We were here for a funeral and it certainly made the whole experience far more bearable. So thanks to all the staff at Judds Folly for that.

Great value hideaway
Pros:

Last minute stay, with the dog because I decided to decorate at home (as you do) and didn't want to stay there while it was drying! We live 40mins down the road so it was just have a change of scene and let the paint dry.
Great value for money. Great spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and very quiet. Lovely location.
Staff lovely, friendly and helpful.
Food great value too. The breakfast is up there with The Grand Hotel in Brighton in my opinion.
Although it was just an overnight visit neither of us wanted to leave. Definitely come back even just for a run out for lunch.
