Cons:

Tenho uma pequena reclamação sobre o banheiro, a porta de correr não corre bem, meu marido chegou a ficar preso no banheiro devido a porta não abrir, e a sorte foi que escutei da sala para abrir, e tivemos que dormir com a porta aberta pra já ficarmos presos no banheiro pela madrugada.
Tivemos um pequeno incômodo devido a obra do ap ao lado, barulho logo pela manhã.

Confortável mas precisa melhorar (colchão)
Pros:

Localização muito boa, dá pra ir a pé ao mercados dos peixes, a limpeza era feita todos os dias, a vista, e o estacionamento sempre tinha vaga. Também era seguro.

Cons:

O colchão era muito mole e dava pra sentir a base da cama quando deitávamos. Ele também era bem maior que a cama. Só tinha o lençol da cama, o que não ajudava muito quando o ar ficava ligado.

Proximidade da orla, conforto. Foi ótimo a estadia!

Cons:

Não tinha uma cuscuzeira maior, só tinha uma individual. Sugestão: melhorar o enxoval da cama e trocar o edredom, colocar uma cama king ou queen.

Pros:

Amei tudo, apartamento na frente do mar, bem localizado, tudo muito limpo e cheiroso, cama boa, ar-condicionado na sala e quarto e gela muito bem, tinha tudo que eu precisava na cozinha, o anfitrião simpático, a recepção pessoas educadas, o porteiro que fica no estacionamento bem legal.
