No reception and they charge yo twice
Pros:

We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room.
I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or if we had prepaid so I asked the guy who told me we owed €75. We offered him our credit card but he asked for cash and it wasn’t till the next morning I discovered that we had indeed pre-paid. The proprietor promised he’d refund our money but after 3 months of to-ing and fro-ing - NOTHING.
So - apart from being left stranded when you arrive to being cheated wrt payment I would strongly advise avoiding yhis place.

Pros:

Wir haben das Appartement als Zwischenstopp genutzt. Es war alles wunderbar: man konnte mit Code jederzeit einchecken, die Parkplätze befanden sich im Hinterhof und unser 5 Personen Appartement lag direkt im Erdgeschoss. Hier und da wurde beim Handwerken improvisiert, aber das fiel nicht weiter ins Gewicht. Die Wellness-Einheit haben wir weder ausprobiert, noch besichtigt. Einen Kaffeetab und Kaffeepulver gab es auch. Prima Preis-Leistung. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Très mauvaise expérience
Pros:

Puces ou punaises de lit dans chambre 12 Auguste RENOIR. Signalement à hotel.com et au propriétaire. J'ai dû payer vingt E en espèces de frais pour le changement de chambre car on ne m'a pas cru. Je n'ai pas reçu de facture ni de reçu pour ces vingt E malgré ma demande. Donc ces vingt E ont été encaissé au black.
Puis chambre 18 Marylin Monroe forte odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain.
Pas de réception et l'immeuble n'est pas sécurisé. Les portes n'ont pas de code et la porte arrière reste même grande ouverte toute la nuit..... Bref ....

Parfait pour plusieurs jours, cuisines fournies
Pros:

Accès facile, très propre, de bon goût. Un seul bémol : j'aurais aimé quelques dosettes de café.
