Spacious apartment with great view in upscale building
Pros:

The view from 19th floor is superb, and overall this is an upscale option, with bar/pool/restaurant on premises, and 24/7 front desk

Cons:

You need to be careful about shower water getting outside the shower area, that door is not perfect, so it is easy to make a puddle on the floor. I hope owners fix this for their own sake, otherwise adjacent-room laminate floors may get damaged

Muy lindo departamento
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, la pileta es realmente divina. El departamento es muy cómodo

Cons:

Son muy exigentes con los depósitos de garantías y el departamento tenía detalles de falta de cuidado, por ejemplo la puerta del baño no cerraba, el TV del cuarto principal no tenía canales cargados, en la cocina faltaban algunos elementos básicos

Not the best experience
Pros:

Location and room

Cons:

Stove took an hour to boil water
No wash clothes
Toilets didn't flush
No trash can liners
Went to restaurant and sat for over 15 min with just water
It was a let down. I stayed across the road at the other location in July and it was perfect. I only chose this bc it was on the beach

Although beachfront, the chairs and umbrellas were a block up the beach; also that couldn’t bring your own food or drink to the pool but could also not buy theirs and have by the pool - had to eat at the bar area

Great place on the beach!
Pros:

Our unit was super comfortable and clean.

Beach is literally out back and they have a beautiful pool on the 9th floor patio deck that is the length of the building.

Restaurant was fantastic.

Front desk staff we just amazing and friendly.

Buen edificio. Aceptable.
Pros:

La pileta y el gimnasio muy buenos. Acceso a playa muy bien. Ubicación buena. Servicio de playa bueno.

Cons:

Falta limpieza y mantenimiento. No tenía utensilios de cocina aceptables y completos, era los de descarte. Poca iluminación en los baños. No daba ni papel higiénico. Exigencia extrema al momento del check-in porque pedían foto de tarjeta de crédito (algo inimaginable), foto de la persona que hacía el ingreso (esto me ocurrió en dos oportunidades vía web y personalmente). El precio es excesivo (muy caro). Particularmente no me siento cómodo con valet parking, prefiero lugar asignado y poder retirar y dejar el vehículo cuando quiera. La zona no cuenta con negocios, se debe cruzar el puente hacia el continente (para el Walmart cercano). Hollywood Beach no está cerca. El edificio no está en Hollywood, el mismo está en Hallandale. Debe mejorar el espaciamiento en el servicio de playa entre reposeras.
