Pros:

O flat é impecável, exatamente como descrito! Tudo muito limpo, organizado e bem cuidado, com decoração moderna e aconchegante. A localização é excelente — em Moema, pertinho do Shopping Ibirapuera, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, padarias e metrô. O atendimento foi atencioso e rápido, o check-in super prático e o ambiente muito silencioso. Ideal tanto para trabalho quanto descanso.
Super recomendo e com certeza voltarei!

All the contacts with them were exceptional, they understand my problem, plane delayed. When I asked for something they were kind. The room was clean, big enaugh, the staff make perfect clean. The apartment is in the sam building with a hotel, then you can use all the facilities sauna, pool, restaurant. It located very good in a very safe part of SAMPA.

the apartment needs a bit renovation
things seems a bit abandoned like bathroom drawers also kitchen completely dirty with old coffee powder inside coffee machine
microwave oven completely dirty as well as cooking heater
bed sheets dirty with stains
