La ubicación y el hecho de tener un restaurante Italiano abierto 24/7 a lado del lobby es una maravilla!!

Cons:

Había un jabón muy pequeño que no alcanzaba ni para lavarse las manos y sólo había un rollo de papel higiénico usado por la mitad. Tuvimos que comprar ambas cosas…

Contratei a acomodação com DIREITO AO USO DE VAGA DE GARAGEM, mas fui impedido de utilizá-la. Alegação apresentada para NÃO utilização da vaga de garagem: o carro/placa NÃO estavam previamente cadastrados na recepção do estacionamento. Resumindo, para não me aborrecer, pois, por óbvio, não reservei esta acomodação para isso, mesmo sendo tarde da noite, aproximadamente 22h, procurei um estacionamento e acabei assumindo uma DESPESA não prevista.

Não há a mínima condição de alguém dormir no sofá cama. Não existe estofamento no sofá. Nem de longe lembra um colchão dos mais simples. O hóspede deita sobre um estrado de madeira encapado com tecido. Além disso o alegado sofá cama não estava arrumado e não havia fronha disponível para os travesseiros. também não há nenhum sabonete no banheiro
