Tinha uma trouxa de enxoval sujo, em cima da mesa, que a camareira havia esquecido lá. Muito desagradavél, abrir a porta do flat e ver uma coisa dessa.

Atendeu os objetivos, mas é preciso fazer uma manutenção na propriedade.
Pros:

O café da manhã é excelente, com restaurante confortável e alimentos de boa qualidade. A localização é perfeita no bairro, próximos das atrações, restaurantes, metrô e do shopping.

Cons:

As roupas de cama estão desgastadas e precisam ser trocadas por novas. Isso incluir os cobertores e os lençois. Com essas roupas de cama, certamente o hóspede passará frio no inverno.
A TV era instável e as falhas de sinal não permitiam assistir a nenhuma programação.

Sarebbe stato perfetto non fossero l’acqua a scorrere sul letto bagnando

Perdita di acqua dall’A/C, lenzuola e asciugamani di scadente qualità, pulizia senza cura, TV senza posizione, bambolante.
La localizzazione è buona e la colazione a pagamento abbastanza in regola.

La mancanza di cura in generale. Poco pulito.

Dirty and old fashion place

it’s inside Mercury hotel but it’s not a Mercury standard place. check-in at 15:00. arrived at 15:30 and apartment was not cleaned. received the keys and when we came in it was dirty and with garbage on the floor. they cleaned up but we’re not comfortable about cleaning. place is a little old fashion and seems like it’s not clean enough. Bathroom walls seems dirty too. We’re in 3 (couple and a child) and they gave us only 2 towels and 1 kit of amenities even after our request. owner was ready to talk but it was not enough.
