Worst, ghetto place I’ve ever had to stay in.
Pros:

There was nothing nice about it. Place was dirty, no security, looked really ghetto, everytime someone used water in any of the rooms a loud noise came from the pipes constantly.

Cons:

There was nothing to like, I’m a person who hates germs and has sensitive skin this was a horrible experience.

A great budget room though the room was too warm and didn’t know how to turn the radiator down

Pros:

Self check-in and location were good but that’s as good as it got.

Cons:

The room had a funky smell. Based on signs in the bathroom advising against putting anything other than flushing toilet paper and human waste down the toilet that would cause flooding and a £80 clean up charge, I suspect there has been a flood of human waste that has affected the carpet area causing the smell.

There was a constant noise every 15/20 minutes that sounded like a toilet pump from another suite or room on the building which kept me awake all night.

The wick password provided did not work and an alternative password provided after call the support call didn’t work either.

The TV wouldn’t connect so live TV wasn’t available.

The pillows were of poor quality and lumpy.

The nightclub opposite had its doors open until 5:00 am so my sleep was further interrupted.

Obviously, a major leak in the roof as in my two night do carpet has started with a small patch of water at the top of the corridor and spread down to my room which is two rooms away I mean soaking wet no attempt to do anything about it plus room is freezing and Internet didn’t work

Pros:

Good location. Good communication with full details of location and entry codes. Small room but very comfortable bed and although central no noise outside. I'll definitely book again.

Cons:

The entrance stairwell isn't great but the room and price more than make up for it.

Was a comfortable room in a good location except for the loud club next door.
Pros:

Very easy to check in as the process was completely alone. The room was comfortable, featuring a large bed with nice bedding. The bathroom was clean and had good amenities. The location in terms of city centre was amazing, tesco express very close nearby and other cafes or restaurants are close. Right next to the train station, Wetherspoons, the stadium, and the Christmas markets.

Cons:

Very noisy club opposite the hotel, windows do not block out noise at all and music was playing until very late (around 4/5am) making sleeping quite difficult. No chair for vanity so had to sit on the bed. Heater was a bit unreliable. Couldn't find the WiFi password anywhere.
