Siisteys, huoneen tilavuus, keittiö, parveke ja sen kalustus, ystävällinen henkilökunta yleisesti ottaen. Hotellin sijainti.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli suppea hintaan nähden. Allasalue sulkeutui jo klo 17 olisi voinut olla auki klo18:aan.
Huoneen vessassa ummehtunut paha haju usein.

Flunssassa maatesamme hotellissa, ajattelimme, miksi oikein lähdimme matkalle?

SIjainti, ja huoneen siisvous,

Lähtö aamuna laukut lattialla ja ne olivat auki ja lattialla oli Iso Saksan russakka. Kotona saimme tuulettaa ja pestä kaikki vaatteemme, ja emme tiedä vielä kuinka paljon ötököitä jaä laukkuihin. Toinen juttu, oli tullessamma hotelliin, ulkona satoi vettä kaatamalla. Olimme vaatteet märkinä ja odotimme huoneen vapautumista 3,5 tuntia ja oli kylmä ja vilustuimme samalla ja sairatuimme flunssaan, Ja kaiken lisäksi hotelli laittoi etukäteen buukkauksen hotelliin, jotta ei tarvise odotella suotta kirjautumista hotelliin???? Miktähän varten se oli??? Ja pyysimme joka päivä että he korjaisisivat Suomi Tv 1. lähetyksen siinä oli paljon katkoja , mutta ei sitä saatu korjattua koko aikana.

Hyvällä keskeisellä paikalla. Pääsee nopeasti joka paikkaan. Kaupat ja ravintolat lähellä.
Parveke/terassi oli hieno. Näköala 10.kerroksesta oli upea ja parvekehuonekalut olivat hyvät. Yleisesti hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Cons:

Sviitissä merinäköalalla 10. kerroksessa oli melko kamala viemärin haju. Ostimme hajusteet olo- ja makuhuoneeseen, mutta se ei auttanut.
Astiat oli käsittämättömän huonot, ruuan tekeminen oli mahdotonta. Ei ollut edes viini- eikä shampanjalaseja, joka kummastutti suuresti. Jääkaappi oli lattianrajassa, joten tavaroiden etsiminen sieltä oli hankalaa.
Käytävän lattia oli korjattu teipillä.

WiFi was terrible didn’t work at all even when it was connected
The kitchen was two slabs and not classed as kitchen.
Air con was terrible it blew out hot air constantly did not blow cold at all.
