Location and personal touch of the staff they were excellent!
The position of the hotel was excellent, walking distance from everything you wanted to see as well as having amazing views of the town from the bedrooms and the roof terrace. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything you could want. the beds were very comfortable with lovely bed linen and the room had great heavy dark curtains which blocked out the light. The room was beautifully clean and well presented. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice, gorgeous fresh food and the option for a cooked breakfast too. The omelette that I had was great! All in all a perfect stay in a truly beautiful town.

We had booked two identical premier rooms but they were very different and one was much nicer. The rooms also had a strong antiseptic smell until well aired out. They are comfortable but not luxurious.

Udsigt fra balkon og fælles tagterrasse var skøn. Morgenmaden meget flot, delikat, en masse små anretninger.

Tout était parfait : l’accueil, l’emplacement, la chambre (agréable - notamment le balcon, très propre, literie très confortable), petit-déjeuner de qualité et varié (en terrasse, avec vue sur la ville).
Wir haben das Hotel vor allem wegem dem Reinigungsservice gebucht. Da dieser leider am Wochenende nicht angeboten wurde. Wurde unsere Buchung anstantslos und kostenfeei storniert.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit. Beim Besuch in Ragus haben wir das Hotel dann gesehn und es sieht sehr schön aus und die Lage ist ebenfalls gut.
Wir werden es bei unserem nächsten Besuch, sicherlich wieder berücksichtigen!
The apartment (no 45) had a balcony that looked onto a gorgeous piazza and church. The breakfast on the terrace was really yummy and the view was spectacular. The staff were so accommodating with helping us to park for free and drop off our bags etc. a special shout out to Antonio for all his help. The bed was one of the most comfortable!
