Sub standard rental
Pros:

The location was near to Abreeza Mall, if you don't have a ride it's convenient.

Cons:

The room was not as advertised, Booking.com shows Queen studio with two beds..we only had one. Infested with ants, it felt like bed had bedbugs. The room needs to be fumigated. Two week stay for two people only had 2 towels and no extra bedsheets to change. House rule: no toilet tissue to flush. No local TV channels -only streaming with junk channels. Netflix, Prime etc requires your own account and was not free. Aircon leaks onto floor. Room safe did not lock so it was useless. Loud street noise and late night street work every night. Very small room.

Great property. convenient to most of Davao City. Loved it!
Pros:

Location was AWESOME!! Morning food sellers right across the street, not far from Bangkerohan, not far from Coastal Road, not far from Airport, not far from Buhangin. And right there is Abreeza Mall with EVERYTHING!! For the property itself - great views, nice and clean room, great and comfy bed, nice TV, AirCon works really well and doesn't blow right down on the bed. Has a fridge and clothes washer too. The closet was roomy and even had shelves and drawers. I really enjoyed the views out of the balcony. I loved stepping out every morning and evening.

Cons:

The elevator was HOT!!! Could use clothes dryer rack. The Booking said it was available upon request. But we didn't request. It would be nice if it was available.

Affordable and perfect for my needs
Pros:

Location is perfect.
The room was clean.
Staff were accommodating.

Cons:

Elevator was a bit slow at times.
Wifi got down for a while but it got fixed quite quickly.
