Da localização.

Cons:

Da limpeza, ficamos sete dias no apartamento e só fizeram duas limpezas (depois de muitos pedidos feitos na recepção, passando apenas um pano no piso), tínhamos que recolher o lixo todos os dias e descartar na lixeira da garagem. Da geladeira, velha e mau cuidada, faltando componentes da armazenagem da porta e a peça que fica embaixo do congelador quebrada. Do armário do banheiro, velho e com as portas caindo. Da cortina do quarto, com cheiro de môfo.

O hotel é fantástico e as instalações são muito boas. Próximo da região central, o que facilita.

Cons:

Atenção apenas no tamanho da cama (por conta do lençol). A cama é queen.
Não tive problema com essa divergência de informação, pois o anfitrião entrou em ação e me garantiu todo suporte.

O prédio fica em local privilegiado, ao lado do centro. As piscinas são legais.

Cons:

O apto não estava limpo, estava com muitas teias de aranhas com muitas aranhas. Gastamos um vídro de veneno. Tivemos que ficar com as janelas fechadas o tempo todo. devido ao cheiro de gordura e funcionários fumando no corredor externo. O espaço de lazer exceto as piscinas está mal cuidado.
