It felt very calm and relaxing. Although old property, it is not moldy, smelly or dirty.

Apartment gut, aber nicht ruhig (Straße und hellhörig)
Pros:

Netter Pool und ausreichend Liegen.

Cons:

Direkt an der Zufahrtsstraße zur Strandmeile. Alle paar Minuten Linienbusse oder Busse die Urlauber von uns zu Hotels fahren. Zudem sehr dünne Wände. Man hört jeden Schritt und Stühlerücken aus der Wohnung drüber.

Sehr schöne gepflegte und ruhige Anlage. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Super Lage um an den Strand oder zum Hafen zu laufen.
Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Schlüsselübergabe bei Spätanreise.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig, aber das ist wahrscheinlich normal.

Pros:

Excel-lent. Molt contents de l'apartament, de la piscina i zones comuns, i del tracte rebut.
Apartament acollidor i net, ben situat, i en zona tranquila. Vam tenir un problema amb el cotxe i ens van ajudar a gestionar la reparació posant-nos en contacte amb un mecànic. Si tornem a Mallorca repetirem segur!
