Great location, bad communication with hosts.
Pros:

Location was great, walking distance to the 5th avenue.
Spacious, clean and had everything that was needed.

Cons:

Communication with the hosts was TERRIBLE! We received at least 4 “reminders” about the 11AM check-out time. We get it that the property needs to prepare the room but sending those “reminders” is absolutely UNCOMFORTABLE! I do not recommend it for that reason, unless you want to constantly be reminded of your checkout and that you won’t be allowed in there for even 1 more minute!

Excellent, will be back again!
Pros:

It was exactly as advertised! This ground level property was private and in a beautiful courtyard with relaxing water fountains. The main entrance staff were friendly and helpful! We were 2 ladies traveling together and felt very safe.
There was a king size bed and a pullout couch, I good size kitchen well equipped, living area and dining area, bathroom with a shower. We enjoyed our breakfast on the patio area, oh and the amazing 4 pools up top with a sports bar with very inexpensive food and drink!
