Disappointed there was no air con for a canary islands hotel. Other than that it was a great hotel

Stayed at the Arona location and first night was a nightmare, it was very hot and humid at the room and both ceiling fans were not working. They do provide a portable aircon but that's at 60 euros per week. An engineer did come that evening and helped fix both which made the stay a little more bearable.
There were many little ants crawling around the kitchen area as well as the table which was not great, there must be a nest that is overlooked.
The pool was great, just a shame far too many people selfishly "reserve" the lounges to then go disappear for hours before using them. Our little one was given a ribbon to use the water park at Santiago 3 which was great.

Pros:

Second time staying here. It's in a beautiful location. Only issue was no air-conditioning. Alright in winter time but in summer maybe an issue. Hair dryer is excellent don't bring your own. Staff are fab and the location is superb 👏.

Great apartment, location, amenities however the fan in our room was faulty. Despite reporting it, it only worked fully for 1 night of our stay. Needless to say we didn't get the R&R we were needing.
