Wir haben einfach das falsche Hotel für unsere Bedürfnisse gebucht- die Ausschreibung bei Booking hatte falsche Erwartun

Die Lage, die Ruhe,die Atmosphäre im Fruehstuecksraum - die Toleranz gegenüber unserem Hund

Cons:

Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen- steile Hanglage, die schlechte Möglichkeit außerhalb gut Essen zu gehen, wir bekamen keine Hinweise wo es möglich ist, wann man im Restaurant des Hotelanessen konnte und obwohl wir in einem Weingut waren, hatten wir die Moeglichkeit den eigenen Wein zu kosten. Die Bar haben wir nicht gesehen.Obwohl wir die Reise nach zwei Tagen abgebrochen haben wäre es eine nette Geste gewesen, uns eine Flasche Wein mitzugeben,nachdem wir bereits den vollen Preis bezahlt haben.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had, wonderful people and a perfect night. I wish I could have stayed longer.
Pros:

Everything. Fabulous host, amazing wine and food and a beautiful view from the immaculate room. I couldn’t ask for more for our last evening in Italy.

Ruhige Lage

Cons:

Es gab nur eine Möglichkeit der Versorgung, nämlich ein 100€ teures Menü am Abend. Die Klimaanlage war nicht regelbar, so dass das Zimmer während der Nacht 25 Grad warm war und ein erholsamer Schlaf unmöglich. Zudem fing morgens um fünf Uhr der Hofhund an zu bellen. Zimmer sind wie so oft in Italien hellhörig.

friendly staff and quiet surroundings

Cons:

upon arrival we asked about the spa which they mention, they showed us a sauna in a small room, without a shower, a relaxation room etc. we did not confirm that we would use it and we did not and they charged us €100 anyway. Sparkling wine on ice was waiting for us in the room, it looked more like a welcome drink but in the end they charged us both €50/bottle. When we wanted to order a new bottle we had to look for staff all over the property. We also agreed on dinner, for a piece of buckwheat lasagna, two small pieces of meat and ice cream we paid €100/person - extortion

Beautiful spot in the hills, the surrounding area well worth the visit.
Pros:

Lovely breakfast and we enjoyed the wine tasting and dinner. Service and friendliness was fabulous from booking through to departure.

Cons:

The adapting of the dinner menu for our dietary requirements was fairly ordinary, could have been a little more interesting.
