Important information:

A prepayment of 50% by bank transfer or credit card, or a full payment is required within 24 hours after completing your reservation.

All rates are based on a max occupancy in a unit, 2 people max in a one bedroom unit and 4 people max in a two bedroom unit. In some units the property can accommodate an extra person for which a charge of $30 USD per person per night will apply.

Depending on how and when the property receives a booking and for which time period a booking has been made, different payment options will be sent to guests.

The property only accepts bookings with full flight information, airline, flight no. and arrival time. The property automatically organizes a personalized airport pick up for guests. All guests are welcomed at the property by a member of staff and get a concierge type welcome procedure.

Depending on seasons our booking and especially payment conditions do change. To be able to provide the best service possible, answers on messages/e-mails are required with in 24 hours.

We cannot accept/deal with any booking without the corresponding arrival information, as we would not be able to guarantee the high level of service we normally provide as far as the arrivals at the Inchcape Seaside Villas are concerned.

Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged USD 10 per day when used.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Pros:

we liked the view, friendly & helpful staff.

Cons:

mosquitos, there was no microwave and unfortunately the waves were always choppy good for surfers.

Beautiful spot for people who value privacy
Pros:

Amazing location, stunning place and lovely staff. Ginger our housekeeper what an absolute treasure she is! Such a warm and loving lady.
Very few people on the beach if anyone at all, villas are very well kept, garden with sunbeds beautifully maintained.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great.

Pleasant, although a bit exhausting as needed lots of traveling by car. Car is a must have

Cmpared to what else we have seen the complex was very well maintained, pleasant architecture. The room was spacious and. well furnished and generally pleasing stylewise.

Cons:

the area is remote and in off-season it is very quiet. Apart from the surfer's bar (~400m), which was viby and good on weekends, it is dead quiet. Due to the algae cloud nfestation the beach was not really usable. We would encourage the Hotel to have a small terrace, bar for the guests, for drinks in the evenings.

Seaview location.
Refreshing air conditioning was welcome.
Spacious balcony.

Cons:

Some redecorating needed as paintwork worn and peeling in places.
Balcony chair seats worn through in places.
Beach suffering from seaweed.
Beside a derelict and ruined hotel, which could be a bit off-putting for some.

Superb
Pros:

Views were superb...very clean...showers were very good. We had a problem with the air-conditioning unit and it was replaced with a new unit asap.staff very friendly.

Cons:

No swimming available....needs a hot tub or swimming pool 8nstalling...air conditioning only in the bedroom so this is the only place to cool off....have to drive out to eat but for the money it was excellent.
